Description:THE ART LOFT GUESTHOUSEThis is a grand open loft with vaulted wood ceilings, draped skylights, a new bathroom and a mini kitchen with a new Fisher Paykel stainless steel refrigerator, and a stainless steel hot plate, and a microwave/convection oven.Originally an art studio, it's been converted to a spacious living space. Artist paint splattered floors contrast with modern furnishings, a queen bed with fluffy down bedding, a modular couch that can be put together to sleep 1-2 more, and there is also a queen aerobed. The open living space makes it good for families and close friends. Sleeps up to 6.It has wireless internet, a 32 Sony plasma flat panel HDTV, lots of books & magazines, a CD collection, a stereo system, and cable TV. All linens and towels, beach towels and taxes are included and there's plenty of street parking. Stroll to the beach through the lovely canals or grab one of our bikes and zip on down...and avoid the beach parking!This is a converted at Studio, Amenities include a 32 Sony plasma TV, a stereo, and lots of books.CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If we are able to rent the property again, there will be a 75% refund.The Venice Oasis is in a great location just east of Abbot Kinney, on one of the prettiest streets in Venice. It's a delightful 15-20 minute stroll through the scenic canals to the beach. Or grab one of our bikes and zip down in about 7 minutes. No parking hassles on a bike! And it's within walking distance of unique shops and fine dining on Abbot Kinney.It's close to everything: The canals, shopping, fine dining, and the white sandy beach, where you'll find volleyball, biking, basketball and just about every outdoor activity, including the famous Muscle Beach are all in walking distance. Head to the water for swimming, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and deep-sea fishing. And it's only 5.5 miles from LAX Airport.Just minutes away: You'll find the world-famous Venice Beach Boardwalk on the beach! You can rent either one...or you can rent both houses together. The main residence can be partitioned so you can either rent one, two or all three bedrooms in the house (all are with private entrances).
