This lovely home is situated in a convenient, centrally located area that is a perfect home-base for folks looking to explore L.A., see the sites and have a welcoming, comfortable, quiet place to come back to. nThe 400 sq. ft. space sits nestled in a relaxed plant-rich garden beside a sparkling, non-chlorinated and chemical-free pool. The open floor plan is light and bright with many windows, old Victorian stained glass and a glass paneled french door. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen with a large breakfast bar. There is a full-size tiled bathroom with tub and rain showerhead -- complete with 2 cozy bath robes for lounging! There's also a comfortable sitting area for 2, and a large antique desk to work on. High-speed internet and a mounted flat screen T.V with cable and Netflix are also provided. There is a washer and dryer in the owner's unit. nThe backyard is sweet and welcoming. Lounge chairs by the pool provide a great place to work on that tan and enjoy the beautiful California sunshine! The pool is not heated, but whether you jump off the diving board or just dip a foot, it is very refreshing. The serene patio area is cozy, surrounded by greenery, a trickling fountain and a seriously comfortable daybed with soft bedding and lots of pillows. It's a perfect place to read a book, take a nap or just relax. You will also find a large BBQ grill, picnic table with benches, a portable fire pit and additional seating areas in the garden. nThe area is safe and there is always plenty of parking in front of the house. We have several parks close by.
