The dormitories are furbished with new, high quality furniture (beds and wardrobes). A few notes concerning Zagreb: * Avoid using taxi because it is quite expensive. A tram network covers the entire city and trams run all night, but not as frequently as during the day. Ask for a tram timetable at the hostel reception. It is most affordable to buy a daily tram fare, which costs roughly €2.5. It also useful to know that the downtown Zagreb does not stretch over a large area and everything is within a walking distance. * Zagreb is a very safe city and safety is not an issue in Zagreb. You can safely walk any Zagreb neighborhood at night. There are very few homeless people and social differences are not as prominent as in some other cities. So, just go ahead and inquire the city! * The price of beer in cafès is up to €2, except in the exclusive ones and in night bars where it is somewhat higher. Coffee costs €1. Description:so many places say they are close to the action but really they aren't. i've lived here 18 years and know a ton of great local spts so if you need any advice i'm happy to help. this is my house i live here, my belongings will be here during your stay. i'd like for my guests to be a good fit with my home. Normally $200 night for 4 people $50 more each person staying per night up to 6 maybe 7 have done 8.
