Description:Vagabond Lodge is a Boutique Hotel just steps away from the Gondola at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort near Golden British Columbia, in the Heart of the Canadian Rockies. All 10 guest rooms at Vagabond Lodge are unique in one way or another. Six rooms have balconies, four of the rooms have window boxes that can be made up as a single size bed, all units features a private bathroom with heated floors, complimentary wireless WiFi access, a main floor with a number of different area great for sitting around playing cards, board games and reading books, a bar, a hand-made local stone fireplace, a secure ski room, boot dryers, tuning bench, a pool table, TV area with satellite and movies, and an entrace to the outdoor hot tub. Beddings may vary. Other amenities include breakfast throughout the year featuring fresh baked fruit scones, fruit pancakes, home-made bread, hot and cold cereals, farm fresh eggs, home-made yogurt, and more, a hot lunch duirng ski season (up to March 17 2012) for stay of 2 or more nights, free Apres-Ski Munchies around the bar area during ski seaason, home-baked cookies, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are set out every afternoon, cappuccinos, espressos, and latte's avaiable with fee.
