Description:Wailea Sunset Estate, one of our most popular vacation homes, was just lovingly refreshed with some upgraded amenities and decor. We installed brand new flat panel televisions in all rooms, including a 3D HDTV in the great room, and HD channel subscriptions throughout. Description:Cottage Profile Clean, comfortable, newly constructed cottage with quick access to the shore for those looking for the best in cottaging!No musty smells. No leaky windows. No dated carpets and panelling. This a cottage that was recently constructed and meant to be a permanent home so it 's clean, solid, fresh, and comfortable for all! It just happens to be located on 3 acres directly across the street from a west-facing shoreline (with easy access) that offers spectacular sunsets. With hardwood flooring throughout the living area, this space is a comfortable place to relax in the leather couch and loveseat provided. In the evening unwind in front of the large high definition television, a DVD player is also provided. Or play the assorted board games provided. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the amenities necessary for cottage living including stove, fridge, and microwave. The dining room table will comfortably seat all six in your party. There are three bedrooms at this cottage. One is located on the main level of the cottage, and has a Queen bed in it. A four piece bathroom with both tub and shower is also located on the main floor. It features heated floors for those of you who choose a winter rental or just want warm feet on a tile floor. The second storey of the cottage is where you will find the remaining two bedrooms. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, while bedroom three has two twins. This room also has a small TV and VCR with a box of VHS movies for those rainy days. A two piece bathroom is conveniently located on the second storey of the cottage. Outside of the cottage, there is a wraparound deck that provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The outside deck also has propane bbq, a necessity for your outdoor dining! A fire pit is provided for small fires in the evening, so that your group can enjoy family time around a fire, and experience a cottage tradition. Please confirm with the local authrorites concerning whether a fire ban is in place during dry times. The shoreline access is two lots down the road, and once there a boardwalk will lead you down to the water. You will be accessing this boardwalk from another cottage. You will be free to use this boardwalk whenever you 'd like, but please note that the owners of the cottage and boardwalk will be using it as well. Because you are using someone else 's property and shoreline, please be respectful of their property and their privacy. The cottage is fully winterized, heated by a propane furnace, making this cottage the perfect winter getaway for skiers, snowmobilers, or just a romantic getaway shared with that special someone. Tobermory is short distance away (9 km). You can stroll through the shops, visit the library, restaurants and see the beautiful natural harbour. Scenic boat cruises to view shipwrecks and lighthouses are available daily and a trip to Flowerpot Island is a must for all who visit! Description:Cottage Profile “Oasis” is a large executive waterfront cottage located on a quiet dead-end road at the tip of the Bruce Peninsula where Georgian Bay meets Lake Huron. Make your holiday fun, entertaining, peaceful or romantic at this cottage with all the toys highlighted above while only a few minutes drive away from the town of Tobermory. The inside of the cottage is bright and airy with large windows that surround almost the entire outside perimeter providing a spectacular view of the lake and sunsets. The lofty cathedral ceiling with 3 large skylights lets the sun shine in during the day or you can see the stars twinkling above your head while watching television in the evening. On the ground floor is the Great Room consisting of a combined kitchen, dining and living room in one huge L shaped area. At one end of the L is a large fully equipped kitchen with a centre island/breakfast bar, sit down eating area with a 13” television, ceramic counter tops, plenty of cupboard space, convection-microwave, oven and quality fridge and stove. If you love to cook, this is the kitchen for you and the large kitchen window looks right out to the lake. There is a patio walkout from the kitchen to one of the nicest features of the property, the deck that spans across the whole front lakeside of the cottage and surrounds both sides and from any spot on the deck you can see the breathtaking view of the lake. Leading off the lakeside deck is the Crows Nest lookout deck. This is another deck that is elevated by 4 steps to provide a panoramic view of Lake Huron. The decks are equipped with quality patio furniture. There is a table and chairs for outdoor meals or they recline for lounging. There is a waterfront deck nearer to the water edge for a different view. This deck has 3 Muskoka chairs and makes a great spot to watch the sunset. After a leisurely day lounging on the deck, you can take a nice bath in the oversized soaker tub with arm rests in the four piece bathroom on the ground floor and look out the greenhouse window and enjoy nature. You can rest in the main floor bedroom on the double pillow top bed, watch television or read one of many books on the shelf or walk out from the patio door to another deck that has a 7 person hot tub. The hot tub is available for an additional cost of $150.00. Adjacent to the kitchen is another dining area with table and chairs suitable to seat six comfortably for dinner. While eating dinner you can view the lake from the oversized picture windows. There is a wood stove that can be used to warm up your evenings while you relax in the large living room. (Firewood for indoor fireplace provided). The living room has comfortable furniture consisting of a leather queen size fold out sofa, a leather love seat and a 55 High Definition LCD Flat Screen Television, piped in music from the excellent stereo sound system. You can watch a movie choosing from the Satellite (400 channels), use the DVD player or watch a program that you taped earlier using the PVR/HD Receiver. There is a VHS machine as well with hundreds of children’s classic movies and cartoons to be enjoyed. On the second story is the very large Master bedroom that spans the width of the “Cottage” with a 3-piece ensuite. It boasts a large lakeside picture window and patio walkout to a private upper deck and a palladium window overlooking the back of the property and hot tub. It features a unique King size bed with an oak head and foot board, high end pillow top mattress set, full-length mirrors, wood dressers, armoire, wing chair, 32 inch Flat Scrren TV mounted on the wall with satellite, cathedral ceilings and overhead fan. You can leave the screened patio door opened at night and let the crashing waves lull you to sleep. The third bedroom is a large Loft bedroom that has a huge picture window that provides a breathtaking view of the lake and sunsets. This bedroom has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan and has a lookout over the lower living area. The bedroom has its own separate entrance with a pocket door. There is a Double bed, wing chair, wall unit for storage, 27” colour television and a desk. The fourth bedroom is also on the upper level and it has a futon bunk that has a double on the bottom and a single on the top. There is a large picture window in this room that also provides an amazing view of the lake and sunsets. This smaller bedroom also has a separate entrance with a pocket door. There is a beautiful waterfront that consists of a path that leads to a boardwalk, then to a rocky and undulating area with many interesting rock formations where the avid explorer might spot a fossil. At the waters edge, the shoreline has lovely flat rock that provides a nice area to swim. The water is crystal clear with different depths. There is a rock fire pit down by the water for campfires if desired. (Renter must bring own firewood for the campfire). The 14 x 28 games room is in the loft over the large garage. It has a sliding patio door onto a deck and a large picture window on the other end to keep it bright and sunny. The games room has a tournament sized ping-pong table, card table, television and lots of board games. Tobermory is only a short distance away (9 km), where you can stroll through the shops in the village, visit the historic library, Legion, restaurants, pubs and the beautiful natural harbour. You can golf at the nearby golf course, hike the Bruce Trail and visit the famous “Grotto” or you can swim at the sandy beach of Dunks Bay. You can take a scenic boat cruise, where you can view shipwrecks, lighthouses and visit Flowerpot Island. There are dinner cruises aboard the Chi-Cheemaun. A 10-minute drive away, guided tours are available along the Niagara Escarpment or along the sandy shores of Singing Sands on Lake Huron. Amphitheatre programs are available at Cyprus Lake at dusk and are informative and entertaining.
