Description:Our 2-storey villa was built in 2009 in a quiet residential area in southwest Cape Coral. The house is located on a large corner lot with views of the Altimira and Fonseca canals with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor is tiled throughout and will provide a clean and hygienic environment. The staircase and second floor are of high quality hardwood. The living area is open and spacious. The huge disappearing sliding-doors allow you a fantastic view of the lanai and pool area, to enjoy sunny days and thanks to the Western exposure spectacular sunsets. The Living Room features a sofa and two comfortable chairs for a cozy stay. The Formal Dining Room can accommodate eight people. The Family Room is equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV and entertainment center. You can enjoy your breakfast either on the breakfast nook looking down Altimira Canal or at the breakfast bar. The kitchen with its granite countertop is conveniently equipped: Ceramic flat-top range, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher. Enjoy all the comforts of home complete with a coffeemaker, toaster and mixer. Fully stocked with table settings, silverware, utensils and glassware. Adjacent the kitchen is the laudry room with washer and dryer. In the first floor you also find the master suite, two additional bedrooms and a Den. The Master Bedroom has its king-size bed, flat screen TV and sliding doors leading into the patio. It has a spacious bathroom with two vanities, tub, spacious shower with rain shower and separate toilet and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet and access to the pool area. This suite includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate pool bath access. The third bedroom has two twin beds, closet and its own bath with combined tub and shower and a toilet. The staircase leads you to the upper floor with a spacious game room including pool table, flat screen TV and comfortable chairs for hours of fun. Big sliding doors lead you to the covered deck. Why not enjoy a cool drink at sunset from here? Everywhere you look you will find wonderful canal and pool views. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with its king-size bed, closet and own bath with walk-in shower and a toilet. You will spend most of your time beside the resort style pool deck with two covered lanais, an oversized heated swimming pool and spa. For your safety there is a baby fence around the pool if you are travelling with little children. There are eight inviting lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Description:Far Tortuga is located mid-island on the south side of Roatan approximately 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from French Harbour. It is a secluded, oceanfront home, comfortable for up to 9 people, in the small community known as First Bight. n nThe house features a modern kitchen with all conveniences: granite countertops,gas cooktop, wall oven, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-grinder and coffee-maker, toaster oven, food processor, blender, etc. The tiled living room, kitchen, and dining areas are large and airy and feel even more spacious because of the stunning vaulted wood cupola ceiling and the massive wood French doors that face the ocean. These doors all catch the ocean breezes and beckon visitors to barbeque on the gas grill or just relax and watch the sunset from over 2000 square feet of decks and gazebos. There is an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean and the stone patios and benches surrounding it are perfect for sunbathing. All 3 bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, louvered windows, ceiling and floor fans, hardwood floors, luxury linens, and the two largest bedrooms have their own oceanview decks. Our master bedroom is very privately situated in its own wing and includes a queen bed , a huge master bathroom with 2 vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bath . One room contains a bunkbed and an extra long twin and the other bedroom has a queen bed. There is a very comfortable sofabed in the living room and a queen-size aero-bed if you want to sleep under the stars in one of the gazebos. n nThe turquoise waters of the Caribbean are steps away from the house across the Ironshore. In addition, there is always easy access through the community dock a short walk away in First Bight or at the community beach a few doors down from the house. 3 kayaks are also available for your pleasure. n nSome of the best wall diving on Roatan is a short swim or kayak away in front of this house where the snorkeling is also excellent. Lakeside on this level are the second bedroom (queen size bed) and third bedroom (twin over twin bunk beds). This level of the home also included a lakeside mud room that is perfect for storing all you water toys and fishing gear. Directly off the dining area is a large grilling patio with a nice gas grill. This patio also has a dining set for four. Guests also have access to a covered porch complete with a hammock.
