We know you'll love staying here! This is our primary home and we look forward to sharing it with explorers of our city. Given that we are world travelers, we know how to provide a place that's clean and comfortable, a place you'll look forward to relaxing in at the end of a long day. Tourists want cookie-cutter hotels that are predictable. Travelers want to experience the culture and daily life of the places they visit along their journey. Live in a lovely neighborhood for the true L.A. experience. The condo is fully furnished with a new Sealy Posturepedic pillow top California king bed, a Sealy Lombard Support queen bed, a sofa that converts to a queen and a twin futon. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms with new dual-shower heads. The kitchen is recently remodeled with all new appliances. There is a 60 Flat Screen LCD HD TV with blu-ray player and surround sound. Everything is here: washer/dryer, central air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, high speed internet, WiFi, TV's, Stereo, DVD's, games, piano, etc. The rec. room downstairs has a gym with full work out equipment and free weights. The balcony extends 40 ft.and has a patio table for dining, a gas BBQ and a jacuzzi for enjoying the pleasant southern California weather. It looks out over the treetops of a residential neighborhood with a lovely park within a five minute walk. The condo is in the charming and safe Valley Village area near the NoHo Arts District and Studio City. It is mostly within about 30 minutes by car of everything! For example: Shopping and restaurants - 5 min. Local hiking and mountain biking - 10 min. Warner Brothers and Universal Studios - 10 min. Hollywood's Walk of Fame, Hollywood Bowl and Chinese Theater - 10 min. Griffith Park and L.A. Zoo - 15 min. Downtown L.A. Theaters & Museums (Ahmanson, Disney Concert Hall, Mark Taper Forum, Dorothy Chandler Pavillion, MOMA, etc.) - 20 min. L.A. County Museum of Art - 20 min. UCLA and Getty Center - 20 min.
