This marvelous vacation house is also near to many enchanting tourist spots.Rent the whole house (12 to 14 people – 4 Bedroom – 4 Bathroom OR rent just half the house (2 to 8 people – 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom), 2 separate entrances and 2 separate complete kitchens (Dishwashers)- A group of up to 14 can comfortably sleep at this four bedroom vacation rental. The Master bedrooms have queen-size beds with bathroom entrances, Each second bedroom has twin beds and each side has double sofa sleepers. Both kitchens is fully equipped to meet up your culinary demands. Both sides have there own private gas barbeque (2) as well. Community has 4000 homes each home are on 1 1/4 Acre minumum. It is common to see horses or golf carts along side the road. Nature walk on either the paved sidewalks or dirtroad. 12 minutes from the beach. You can have both the country and the beaches Our child friendly vacation house has two TV's on each side (4 altogether), Satellite Direct TV and DVD player. Guests are more than welcome to bring their boat, four-wheeler, or snowmobile to fully enjoy all that Lake Como has to offer. Or, simply bring a fishing pole and sit out on the 50 foot pier to catch your dinner. For winter fishing enthusiasts an ice shanty is available. Sun worshippers are able to walk down to the beach and enjoy a lazy day relaxing in the sun. Let the kids burn off energy at our association park and be sure to bring your volleyball to partake in a game on our association court, both located just one block from At The Lake House. Built to accommodate two small families or one large family.Each contemporary villa features one fully equipped kitchen, one lake view dining/great room. The villas include two ensuite bedrooms with Vera Wang queen pillow top mattresses and silky soft linens. Your ensuite bedroom provides the latest bathroom amenities, from a steam shower to our heated bubbler bathtub with shower. The first floor villa has a bonus media/game room with a 40 inch flat screen TV and board games for those rainy days. Wii and Playstation 3 are available upon request.
