Description:You will be staying at a fully and newly renovated 3br apartment. You can either rent one room (1 2 ppl) or the whole apartment for up to 6 people. The apartmenty has cable TV and WiFi Internet service. The kitchen, living area and bathroom (with tub) are for shared use by maximum 4 other guests. No breakfast is included but you can either prepare it in the fully equipped kitchen or have it in one of the many cute cafes right outside the door. RENT OF THE WHOLE APARTMENT WITH ITS 3 BEDROOMS UPON INQUIRY! We are located right at the corner of 145th ans Saint Nicholas Ave where you have access two 4 different subway lines. Within 20 minutes you can be window shopping on Madison or Fifth Avenue, ice skating at Rockefeller Center, seeing a Broadway show or just wandering the streets of Manhattan. The area in which the guest house is located is diverse, friendly and safe. Supermarkets, movie theaters, coffee shops, retail stores, clubs, bars & a beer garden are within 5 min walking distance.
