Our Hale and detached studio Ohana (separate guest house) are located on a private road in the beautiful Leilani Estates Subdivision on a secluded one acre lot, offering the perfect location to enjoy all that the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer. Perfect for a couple or up to 4 people, we offer Hale Lezarde with Master Suite including a king sized bed and a jetted tub in the master bath, and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom with its own full bath. Hale Lezarde has a comfortable split floor plan for privacy, with a large, open living room, wood burning fireplace, dining area and a spacious kitchen. A large, island style screened in lanai is located off the kitchen for dining or relaxing. The detached studio Ohana (separate Guest House) is separated from the main house by a covered outdoor breezeway and offers private accommodation for up to 4 additional people in one open space, with a twin over double bed bunk and a full size futon. The Ohana has a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave and a 3/4 bathroom with shower. A perfect place for children or relatives traveling with you, the Ohana is a great way to provide for extra guests and provide more privacy for the main house. The Ohana cannot be rented separately from the main house. Hale Lezarde is set back on the lot for privacy in a beautiful rain forest setting. The secluded one acre lot is landscaped with Hapu'u ferns, Ohia trees and palm trees and abundant flowering plants including anthurium, gardenia and ginger. There are mature, producing orange trees, banana trees and avocado trees, and a papaya tree as well as coffee and pineapple plants which we invite you to enjoy in season. You will know you are in Hawaii the minute you walk onto this property! Leilani Estates Subdivision offers a community park about 2 miles from the house, with walking trails, basketball courts, a playground, and a picnic pavilion.
