Description:Vine Ridge sits high on a hill just below the amazing village of Comares, which is a historic Moorish influenced village sitting 737 meters above sea level.Vine Ridge has 3 rentals, one apartment and 2 studios and is located just 1 mile or about 5 minutes up typical Andalucia track which leaves to harmony, tranquillity and stunning views that reach as far as the Granada province and also down to the Mediterranean.We are located less than 1 hour from the Malaga airport and less than 90 minutes from Granada airport.The facilities include WiFi, parking, UK television and a lovely Roman stepped 8x4m swimming pool for our guests private use.We have now been renting for 3 years and have many lovely reviews and comments which are listed on our website. We have good local knowledge and can provide taxi services and also baby sitting if required. The area lends itself to walking, mountain biking and out door activities, but within 30 minutes or 3 hours you will discover a beach you love or even Africa or Portugal !! Built in 1995, the Best Western Alpenglo Lodge & Conference Center is in downtown Winter Park. Our friendly staff and clean, nicely appointed rooms await you! Deluxe room remodeled in 2009 with two queen beds, Microfridge, full bath and cable television with Starz and Encore movie channels. Room is also appointed with coffeemaker, iron and ironing board plus a hair dryer. Complimentary hot continental breakfast is available 6:30am - 9:30am daily. This room is not pet friendly. Our large, welcoming lobby is appointed with several chairs and couches so that you may relax with family and friends. Complimentary Continental Breakfast including bagels, donuts, toast & jelly, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice (two flavors), coffee & tea is served here daily. Large surrounding windows allow you to watch the falling snow in the winter, or gaze at the amazing sunsets in the summer. Enjoy our 12 person hot tub after a great day of hitting the slopes or mountain biking trails! When you stay with us you will be within a ten minute walk of seventeen restaurants and most of the shopping in Winter Park. You can try ten restaurants within two blocks of our door, as well as a variety of night life, the local theater, and ski shops. Should you prefer some solitude, you are within easy walking distance of an expansive National Forest trail system. Summer visitors can access the extensive valley mountain bike trail system right in front of the motel.
