Description:A 5 year old luxury villa with its own private swimming pool and gardens situated towards the bottom of the pine clad mountains with fabulous breathtaking views. The accommodation is laid out on 3 floors and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is also a large terrace with brick built BBQ. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king size bed, en-suite shower room and balcony. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and balcony. Bedroom 3 with superking bed, en-suite shower room and dressing room. Bedroom 4 with kingsize bed. Bedroom 5 with single bed. All have hairdryers. Bathrooms: En-suite bathrooms to bedroom 1 and bedroom 3. There are two more bathrooms, one at 1st floor level and one at basement level, all with quality fixtures and fittings. Basement bathroom has a bath with shower over and screen. Kitchen: Oven/hob/cooker hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, water cooler/heater, kettle, toaster, George Forman grill/sandwich maker, iron and ironing board. Living Rooms: The lounge is furnished to a high standard briefly consisting of 2 large sofas, lamp tables and lamps, a marble open fireplace, sideboard, 32 flat screen TV, satellite, and DVD player. Other: The terrace is furnished with a large oval dining table and six chairs and built-in stone BBQ. There is also extra patio furniture placed on the balconies accessed from the first floor bedrooms. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: The rental price of the villa includes pre-clean/departure clean and mid-holiday clean/linen/towel change (2 week bookings only). For the convenience of guests, beach towels are provided for use around pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and all bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Please note this is a 'no smoking' property. Accessibility May not be suitable for the very elderly or people with mobility difficulties as there are many stairs/steps to negotiate throughout the villa. Outside Large private pool - 45sq.m, with outside shower and landscaped walled gardens. The pool terrace is well equipped with sunbed/cushions, parasols and tables for the sole use of guests. A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking together with the cost of any extras which you may require ie transfers, extra cleaning or indeed a welcome pack. The final balance of the rental must be paid 12 weeks prior to the holiday date. At this time we also ask you for a 'breakages deposit' of £200 to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the property.
