Description:The House is our largest accommodation and is a separate building featuring a traditional thatched roof. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 garden bathrooms, a living room and veranda. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds plus a trundle bed. The living room couch is also a single bed. We add 10% tax plus 5% service. Our Houses are built in a traditional Balinese walled compound. Step through the gate and you enter a world of tranquillity that's just a three minute walk to Ubud's main street. Twelve chalets have one bedroom and two chalets have two bedrooms. Each self catering chalet has its own sea view and is nested in the lush tropical landscape of the resort. The upper part of the complex is particularly beautiful with its swimming pool and sunbathing terrace that provides breath taking views of the bay of Naples. Ideal place for couples or families who want to relax, dine in the open air admiring all the colours that nature can possibly create or even dream under the stars. The apartment is located in Massa Lubrense which is one of the last towns on the Sorrento Peninsula (carrying on one arrives at Termini which is, along with Punta Campanella the stretch of land that separates the bay of Naples from the bay of Salerno.) In only 10 minutes or less, using public transport or any vehicle, one can get to characteristic and prestigious locations such as Nerano, Sorrento or Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi , so called on the two bays. A pat way leads down to the fishing harbour called Marina della Lobra (600 meters) where after a boat trip, snorkelling or just simply soaking in the pure waters lovely typical restaurants and bars await the ones who want to recharge themselves. TYPOLGY Starting from the centre of Massa Lubrense heading in direction of Santa Maria Annunziata, in less than 5 minutes you will get to the property where entering the private passage of the park you will find the villa Vervece. After leaving your car behind (in a parking lot on the street) and going up on the stairs among blooming olive trees and ornamental plants you will get to the spacious yard that separates the external private area (furnished with tables and chairs) from the apartment Vervece B. Here you can find everything you might be needing: barbecue, wood oven for baking pizzas, gas cooker and a dish washer too all hand made work of local artisans, using the zone's typical stones. Only 3 steps down from the yard and you will find yourselves at the entrance of the welcoming living room that, thanks to its glass walls gives views to the small terrace and to amazing landscapes as well. From here going through the fully equipped kitchen, you can get to the bathroom with shower. Following the corridor, you will find the other bathroom with shower and three bedrooms: a double bed and 2 king size ones, of which one also features a small (3 square meters) panoramic terrace. The double and one king size bedroom also provide panoramic views. The laundry room you can find on your left when exiting the house. Description:Our Lodge consists of 3 individual bungalows situated in a tropical garden (100 m2) facing the bay of Anse Possession, on the north east coast of Praslin, overlooking Ile Curieuse. 2 bungalows have 1 bedroom and 2 bungalows have 2 bedrooms each. They can be rented out individually or together for a group of up to 21 persons. All 4 properties have sea views and a white sandy beach is within 50m. Shops and bus stop are 100m away, hospital and restaurant at 2.5 km and the airport 30 minutes by car. Interior All bungalows have a lounge/dining room giving on to an open veranda with garden furniture. Open plan equipped kitchen. The 2 bedroom bungalows have 2 double beds en suite shower room/wc ceiling fan in each room (one sleeping max 8 persons, the other max 6 persons). The one bedroom bungalows have 1 Queen size bed 2 single beds en suite shower room/wc ceiling fan (one sleeping a max of 2 adults 2 children, the other 2 adults 1 child). Location and facilities The villa is situated only a few steps from the medieval heart of Bol, yet its location is extremely tranquil and offers a lot of privacy. Even so, you can take a plunge into ever calm and clean sea just in front of the villa. There is a direct access to the pine immersed marble pathway leading to the famous “Golden Horn” beach, which is only 10 minutes walk. Alongside the path lay more beautiful pebble beaches and throughout the vicinity numerous coves with crystal clear water are scattered. Virtually everything you need is within very short walking distance – restaurants, bars, bakeries, pizzerias, supermarkets, open market (fresh fish, fruits and vegetables), rent a car (also bikes and motorcycles), post office, bank, pharmacy, open air cinema... Sport facilities are also steps away from the house – diving, snorkelling, cayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, banana boating... Tennis courts, scuba diving and wind surfing centre are also within walking distance. Bol is one of the main centres for wind surfing on the Adriatic. Four complimentary bikes are at guests’ disposal. Villa is immersed in lush greenery. Scent of lavender, cypress, pine and ever blossoming oleanders all add to the unique and charismatic Mediterranean feeling. Sea breeze makes even the hottest days quite pleasant. In a pine shade, a 7 by 4m pool is situated. Its sunbathing platform is spatious and tiled with traditional stone slabs. The pool is illuminated. An outdoor shower is also at guests’ disposal, as well as a number of pieces of cosy garden furniture. Bol was voted Absolute Champion of Croatian Tourism on many occasions, last time in 2010, among more than 2000 contesting town and cities. But Bol is not about some of the most exquisite Adriatic beaches only. The little town (population ca. 1600) is dotted with small parks and numerous sculptures of local artists. The medieval town centre is not extensive, but, like everything else, it is spotlessly maintained. All neccessities are within easy reach. A visit to any of the seafood restaurants is a must – one can enjoy fresh delicacies on the very seashore. Quality local products include virgin olive oil and highly praised red wine, Bolski plavac. Bol has an average of 2600 sunshine hours a year and July sea temperature is usually around 25 degrees C. Daily breeze changes make air temperature quite enjoyable. Split Airport is about 50 km away plus a 50 min ferry ride from Split to Supetar, Brac. Ferries are very frequent. Air taxi between the two airports can be arranged. There is also daily high speed passenger ferry from Split to Bol. Other small towns on Brac, some with stunning traditional and medieval architecture are just a short drive away. The roads are excellent. There is a variety of organized day excursions to Korcula, Mljet, Hvar, Vis and other beautiful nearby islands and towns – all boats leave from small Bol Harbour, which is five minutes walk from the villa. A Benedictine Monastery in Bol is also worth a visit, due to its remarkable collection of art work. Description:Gili Meno, the middle island, the smallest of the three Gili's and it is the quietest with fewer tourists. A great escape for someone who wants to get away from it all. Special features of the island is the salt lake and spectacular dive sites such as, Meno Wall, Sea Turtle Point, and Blue Coral Point. The beach on eastern part of the island is very nice and there's snorkeling just offshore and further north. Gili Meno has a population of about 300 locals. The interior of the island is mostly a palm trees surrounded by grass which is kept neat by cows munching lazily in the shade. There are no cars or motorbikes on the island, all transport is by horse drawn carts or on foot. The diving was pretty good, with quite a strong current but that incredible swimming pool visibility that you get on good days off the islands in SE Asia. The relaxed pace of life and the community feeling on the island is really special. In Gili Meno, where fresh water is shipped from Lombok, eco friendly practices are not an option. It is a necessity. DIVE SITES ON GILI ISLANDS, LOMBOK INDONESIA There are over 3,500 marine species living in the reefs and seas of Indonesia. In comparison to the Great Barrier Reef (1,500 species) and Red Sea (600 species), 25 % of all reefs in the world are in Indonesia. The drop offs, plateaus and slopes of the Gili's reflect a good cross section of what Indonesia has to offer. Dive in and be fascinated by turtles, White tip Reef Sharks, Cuttlefish, Moray Eels, Angel Fish, Ghost Pipefish and more. Around the three Gili Island in the north west of Lombok (Gili Air, Gili Meno, Gili Trawangan), are more then 15 different dive spots and there are new reefs being explored all the time. Shark Point & Volkers' Golf Course Shark Point, to the east of Gili Trawangan, is a popular dive spot in the mornings. This dive site consists of different levels (24m, 20m, 18m). It starts with a slope of hard and soft corals, the native territory of Green and Hawksbill Turtles. The different levels are sandy areas with small coral locks the variety of underwater life is large, starting with schools of Trevally Napoleon Fish to White tip Reef Sharks and Rays in the sandy areas, ending up with Ribbon Eels, Leaf Fish and even Mantas. Volkers' Golf Course is about 500 m east of Shark Point and starts at a depth of about 20m. It looks green like a golf course and is the best site to see Sharks, Schools of Mackerel and Doctor Fish. Because of its depth and the sometimes very strong currents, it is a dive for advanced divers. Meno Wall Meno wall, off the west coast of Gili Meno, goes down to depths of 18m. It offers a lot of small coral fish like Lionfish, Soldier Fish, Gobies, crabs, as well as Wart Slugs and Nudibranches coming out of hiding. It is also called Turtle Heaven because of the many resident Hawksbill and Green Turtles. Air Wall Air Wall, to the west of Gili Air, is a very beautiful wall that, due to the soft coral cover, shines yellow orange depending on the position of the sun. The highlight of this wall is a coral block at 22m in which Leaf Fish (Scorpion Fish) make their home, surrounded by shrimps, Pipe Fish, White banded Cleaner Shrimps and thousands of Glass Fish. Look into the deeper parts for White tip Reef Sharks. Coral Fan Garden & Basket Coral Garden Also popular for morning dives are the two dive spots in the north of Gili Trawangan: Coral Fun Garden and Basket Coral Garden. In the first few metres you have the feeling of being in an aquarium schools of colored Fairy Basslets, Fusiliers, Banner Fish live here. Deeper, around the big coral and stone blocks, Groupers, Batfish, Trumpet Fish, hiding Octopus and Bearded Scorpion Fish. Look out to the blue: sometimes Eagle Rays, Mantas or Reef Sharks can be seen. Manta Point In the rainy season, when the water is rich with plankton, this dive site in the south of Gili Trawangan gives you the best chance to see Manta Rays.
