Whole Foods at Charles River Park is the nearest grocery store, but the North End with its multitude of smaller specialty stores is just steps away. The Devonshire is one of the best places to live in Boston, there is always a wait list for this building, and I like sharing it with those that want a singular experience, once you see the view you will know why. The Apartment is a two bed two bath corner apartment on the 27th Floor facing South East with the view of the Boston Harbor...you can see the planes landing at Logan and the ships in the Harbor. All the apartments, including this one, are modern with full modern kitchen, and plenty of storage. The apartment is 1,400 square foot. The living areas, dining, living room are furnished with modern furniture. Both the bedroom and apartment are fully furnished. Description:Our luxurious Rocky Mountain ski in/ski out condo located 150 yards from the new Base Village in Snowmass Village, Colorado, and minutes from Aspen, Colorado. The condo is situated near the White River National Forest and at the base of the Snowmass ski area. With one ski pass, you can enjoy the Power of Four with a lift pass to all four of Aspen Snowmass' mountains (Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk Mountain)! The grounds surrounding our home include water falls, streams, aspen trees, native Colorado flowers, and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. It is situated near world class snow skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, dog sledding, restaurants, biking, hiking, fly fishing and other outdoor activities. Our home is located 50 yards from the ski slope. The condo's ski concierge will store your gear in slopeside, secure ski/snowboard lockers and, if necessary, will have your equipment tuned (for a fee). Our home has recently been remodeled (Nov. 2009). It is fully stocked and has cozy fireplace, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, BBQ, a luxurious queen size bed, an extremely comfortable full size sleeper sofa, lots of sunlight that fills the condo in the afternoon, and a wrap around deck that allows views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains. From my experience, I know how precious to stay in a safe, clean and comfortable place, whether it's on business or on holidays. My condo is 730 sq ft, in a trendy Yale Town neighborhood in Vancouver. It is in a very safe, central & beautiful location. The condo is spacious,bright & sunny, with fantastic water views. Close to shopping, business center, theatres & restaurants. Fully Furnished with simple & elegance furniture, quiet & friendly neighbors. The condo is very spacious, with a queen size comfy bed. It comes with all amenities. such as TV, free high speed wi-fi, in suite washer/dryer, parking, game room & a gym, and all cooking utensils . Vancouver is a fun, outdoor city. You can go to the beach, hiking, biking, golfing, as well as snow-boarding & skiing (day trip) . A few minutes to the seawall where you can ride a bicycle, roller-blade, running or walking. Yale Town's neighborhood has a cinema, from gourmet restaurants to home cooking take out, bakery, high fashion boutiques, spas, yoga studios and many more. Close to Sky train (subway), bus, sea bus, within one block from the apartment. Direct Sky train take you to and/or from the airport to my condo( less than 30 minutes) & to all parts of Vancouver. 5 minutes walking distance to seawall, English Bay, downtown, theaters, shopping & great restaurants in the neighborhood. I am looking forward to meet you!!!! PS My apartment is not suitable for toddler and young children. I am sorry. Note: The last review regarding with the last minute cancellation, unfortunately it was mainly caused by an old pipe has broken in one condo from the 20th fl in the building, 2 weeks before the reservation. From that incident, my bedroom has water damaged that I could not rent it out. It was an unfortunate incident, I would not cancel anyone's reservation at the last minute unless there is emergence occurs.... more info >>

Description:Apartment 50a Pine Hills Resort & Spa offers luxury apartments at the heart of the premier Bulgarian top ski resort of Pamporovo. The complex Pine Hills is situated at 1700 metres above sea level for convenient ski-in, ski-out directly to the slopes. Enjoy the breathtaking views during winter and summer time. Explore the century-old surrounding pine forests and the nearby mountain lakes. We (my wife Fiona and I) have 2 TOP 5th-floor units available for rent on a short or long term basis. This one is a studio unit with 2 beds (can be configured to 1 double or 2 singles). The development is BRAND NEW and this is its first fully open ski season! The spa side of the resort has not been completed yet so there is an arrangement with the 4* hotel almost next door to use their spa/jacuzzi/pool for a nominal charge. There is a building manager who will greet you upon arrival and give you the key plus show you around. He will also be your point of contact at Pine Hills and we will provide contact details after the reservation is confirmed. TRANSFERS can be pre-booked. Cost is 0.25 Euro/km which works out at 40 euros from Plovdiv airport, or 120 euros from Sofia airport. Here is some resort inf Pamporovo is located at approximately 5413 ft or 1650 m above sea level in the Perelik range of the Western Rhodopi mountain at the foothills of the peak Snejanka (1926m). Sofia is 260 kilometers to the northwest, Plovdiv is 85 km to the north, the Aegean Coast is some 65 km to the south. The nearest airport (Plovdiv) is 1.5 hours away and Sofia airport is 3 hours away. Geography: 90 percent of the territory of Rhodopi mountain is covered by coniferous forests. There is a wide variety of animals, birds and plants. Unique nature reserves have been long established in order to protect the flora and fauna. Pamporovo is the most southern and may be the sunniest high mountain resort in Europe. It enjoys more than 240 sunny days a year and from December to April the snow cover averages approximately 150 cm. The climate has mediterranean influence which ensures low variations in daily temperatures. The region has negative air ionization which is considered to be extremely healthy. The combination of location, nature and weather makes it a sought after ski area for starters and advanced skiers alike. All the main runs start from the TV Tower at the peak Snejanka. The resort has 17.5 kilometers of Alpine ski runs with different degrees of difficulty, 34 ski runs for long Nordic skiing, equipped with 6 different seat chair lifts and 13 ski drags with a total capacity of 9,500 people per hour. For the experts, a great off-piste skiing and snowboarding is an inviting challenge. Modern ski equipment and experienced English-speaking instructors are available should you need them. Summer Activities In the summer months one would associate Pamporovo with mountain quiet and calm, multi-coloured and lush meadows and evergreen coniferous forests. If you are into walking or mountain biking, there are plenty of very well marked trails leading to famous historical sites, lakes and nature reserves. A Balneological Centre operates from within the resort as well as the many Spas dotted around. The Aegean Coast in Northern Greece is under two hours away through the new border crossing point of Zlatograd. You can also go angling around Pamporovo, on fishing trips in Chepelare's surroundings. In the river which cuts through the town, it is possible to fish for trout, but you have to go a little further away if you will find the best fishing opportunities. Food and Drink Pamporovo is well supplied with restaurants serving a wide variety of cuisine, but most visitors favour the local folk taverns like the Chevermeto, where whole lambs are roasted over open fires and dancers in traditional costume provide colourful entertainment. Another favorite eatery is The White Hart, which offers home-made pub grub, mouth watering steaks, a selection of pizza and pasta and also caters well for vegetarians. More exquisite dining, along with fine Bulgarian wines, is offered in style at The White House restaurant. Après ski in Pamporovo is lively with plenty to choose from, whether you prefer sipping wine in a cosy piano bar, or partying the night away in a club. Visitors are also attracted by the historical monuments and natural landmarks. In the region there are preserved hundreds of Thracian, ancient Greek and Roman fortresses, roads and bridges. You can either reach it by foot but several buses stop close to my place, quite practical if it is running or if you are exhausted.
