Booking notes A 30 % deposit is required to secure the booking(non refundable). Bank transfer in euros is preferred. The balance, plus a 300 euro damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. The damage deposit covers damage, breakages or any excessive cleaning. This will be refunded 2 weeks after the rental period upon making a satisfactory check on the villa. Description:Stunning all-round views, great pool with plenty of covered and uncovered terracing to while away the day: everything you need for a proper chill-out holiday but not too far from the convenience of shops, restaurants and beaches. The two apartments share the pool and surrounding terraces including the enormous furnished covered terrace beside the pool. Each one occupies an entire floor and has its own separate entrance. The lower floor has two en-suite bedrooms, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor has a large L-shaped sitting/dining room, kitchen, one ensuite bedroom and a further bedroom with large bathroom adjacent. French doors from the sitting room lead out through a shaded area onto a large sun terrace overlooking the pool. Both apartments are exceptionally well equipped for a holiday let, particularly for cooking and dining (often commented on by our guests). But the attention to detail and comfort does not stop in the kitchen: the sheets are all 100% cotton - essential for a comfortable night in high season, the bath towels large and fluffy. We supply hairdryers and beach towels to save luggage weight, a comprehensive welcome pack with everything you need for a snack or breakfast on the first morning, and if you need us to shop for other things in advance we are happy to do so. A WIFI connection is available throughout the house. There are all-round views - the main, southern aspect, is towards the old whitewashed town of Mojácar, perched on the end of the spectacular Sierra Cabrera mountains. To the east you can glimpse the sea at Garrucha, while to the west and north there is nothing but open country. There is covered parking for two cars and plenty more open parking area within the 2500m2 walled and gated plot, and beyond the terraces the garden is mainly graveled and planted with mature trees and shrubs. In order to guarantee a restful holiday, we regret that we do not allow children under 16 unless both apartments are let to the same group. There are price reductions when booking the whole house: please consult us for details. Customers booking one apartment for a minimum of 2 months may reserve the second one for occasional guests at a nominal rate if it is available We welcome your (well behaved) doggies and/or moggies, who will have a wonderful time chasing rabbits in the open countryside in complete safety.
