Description:This home was renovated on HGTV's Property Brothers in December and is PERFECT for staying a night or a few nights. Everything is new and as seen on TV. We've just bought the Tempur-pedic Allura mattress so you will surely get a relaxing night's sleep. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 couch, and 2 blow up mattresses) The condo has a full sized kitchen and an open concept living/dining room. This property was completely renovated by Jon and Drew from Property Brothers (it just completed and should air end of April!). 1000 sq ft, hardwood floors throughout, very spacious, fully furnished, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, free internet, cable and up to 3 designated parking spots right next to the condo and many more visitor spots within 50 ft). Generally the fridge is stocked with eggs, bacon and fresh milk and we have a coffee maker, coffee, splenda, sugar, cereal, etc...We love our breakfast so it is generally well-stocked. There is a grill right next to our condo by the pool also. The condo is located just steps from the 24 hour fitness center,which features a 24 hour hot tub (awesome in the winter or summer), 3 pools including a water volleyball court, full gym, outdoor grilling cabana and a private theater (seriously!). Large wrap around deck that has gorgeous views overlooking the beautiful Hill Country and a private grill (and one by the pool)...When we bought the condo, they advertised it as resort style living and that is exactly what it is. Also beautiful views of the Austin skyline from the top of Shepherd Mountain (~.5 mile walk or 1 minute drive). 15 minutes from downtown via Route 2222 or Hwy 360, so it's in an excellent location that is by far one of the the nicest neighborhoods in Austin. The condo is walking distance from some of the most famous trails in Austin specifically the cliff overlooking the 360 bridge (as seen in above pictures). Truly an enjoyable experience, especially since the complete renovation by the Property Brothers! The condo complex is called Monte Vista. Description:This is a very comfy home in central London which is being offered on a weekly or full time basis from the 25th of July till the 15th of August 2011. There are three very large double bedrooms, two whole bathrooms, a huge fully equiped kitchen, TV, wireless internet, living room, utility room, terrace, two-day per week cleaner who would be changing your linen and making sure the flat is pristine and clean. House cat can be included. He's a sweet beautiful cat who hates moving out of the flat but if you need him out, I'll find him a home during your stay. Our cleaner will make sure he has food and water and that his litter is clean, although he goes out during the summer months. The terrace is a lovely place to have a drink or coffee during the summer. The flat has excellent transport services: Overground from Olympia will take you to the main Olympic Venues in Stratford in 50 minutes, a couple of miles from Hyde Park for the triathlon, two and a half miles from Green park where the volleyball will be, a mile from Earl's Court and a 50 minutes underground ride to Heathrow Airport. We are very near the High St Kensington, Holland Park, The Royal Albert Hall (to enjoy the Proms! These are world class concerts at £10 per person. We'll hint you on how to get in without queuing for hours). All the museums in South Kensington are just a few minutes on the tube or bus. Holland Park's around the corner with open air opera during the summer. You can walk to Notting Hill, Portobello Market through one of the most beautiful residential areas in London. Piccadilly and Soho is just a bus ride too. The flat is just in an excellent location and is very comfortable indeed. It will suit a whole family of 6 or three couples. Description:Our home is located across the Potomac River from Washington, DC in suburban Virginia on a ½ acre (7,000 square meters) lot. We are walking distance to tennis courts, library, community center, neighborhood theater, art center, and small town restaurants & shopping. Tyson’s Corner, the largest shopping complex in the DC area is only 3 miles away. As I work at home the 3 computers all have with high speed DSL, fax, scanner, etc. The house is a 1911 farmhouse, which has central air conditioning, a large family room, and a baby grand piano in the front parlor. Three bedrooms are up stairs and there is an en suite bedroom/ bath downstairs. In the back yard is a separate guest house/office with a 2nd kitchen and full bath and large trees. This house sleeps 4 comfortably and is available when we are in residence or we can try to coordinate an exchange when we are on vacation. We typically make arrangements for someone to take care of the grass as necessary but do request that you do some watering of the large vegtable garden. Our housekeeper is also available if you desire. We have a well-behaved dog who can go in the kennel (at our cost) when you take overnight trips and we are more than happy to take care of what ever pets you may have including horses. If you are an OK sailor we can arrange access to our sailboat (32 or 11 meters), which we share with others, for a weekend or two and it is generally available during the week. The Chesapeake Bay is spectacular. We also have 4 bikes, volleyball, badminton, croquet, etc. available in the shed and plenty of room to set them up in the back yard.... more info >>
