Rooms are about 9 square meters or about 90 square feet and include tabel and two chairs, cabinet for clothes, wall fan, air conditioning, tv/dvd. There are two shared bath rooms with shower, toilet and sink. There is no hot water, but in the tropics, you will not need to take a hot shower. There is a veranda front and back with table/chairs for the guests. A swimming pool and free wi fi are on the premises as well as a private beach with day cottages...all free for the guest. There is a beautiful coral reef, marine sanctuary just off shore with beautiful tropical fish and great for snorkeling. Description:The Location Dekhanovka, a small ancient Siberian village is located right on the border between steppe and taiga, 10 km away from a bigger settlement, Beya, main town in the area. Dekhanovka has a small shop and several rest houses nearby. After walking 500 m you find yourself in real taiga. Not far there is also a pond and taiga river with fish. Other places of interest include: salt lake with healing waters, located in a picturesque steppe - 30 km Sayany Mountains with famous mountain skiing place, Gladenkaya (operates through mid-May) - 90 km One of the biggest hydroelectric station in the world, Sayano-Shushenskaya, built on the wildest Siberian river, Enisey - 150 km Within reach (150 km) there are multiple archaeological sites related to ancient Khakas culture, including several open-air museums. All roads have asphalt. Whole area is covered with mobile network. The capital of Khakas Republic, Abakan city (170 000 inhabitants) is 110 km away. It has big airport with regular flights to Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, etc. The weather in summer is very warm (up to 30 degrees C) and sunny. The Homestead (“Dacha”) Apart from the house the homestead has a nice fruit garden with apples, pears, plum, raspberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, viburnum, bird-cherry. The whole plot is 1/3 hectare. From May till September there is a little clear creek from taiga flowing across it, filling a small artificial pond. Part of the plot has a high fence creating an intimate atmosphere for you and your companions. One third of the plot is made by a meadow with flourishing flowers and healing herbs. There is also a place for sports activities: volleyball, mini-football or badminton. There are 2 barbeque spots – one near the house and another one by the creek, under the trees. The House Ancient wooden house standing in the shadow of pine trees consists of a living room and kitchen, 50 sq. m in total. Interior is recently renovated. Has one king bed and a single bed, it is also possible t put in 1 big inflatable mattress. Heating by old traditional furnace. WC is outside. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, electric kettle and stove. Activities It is possible to arrange bicycle or horse-riding trips. There are a lot of toys and books for kids, also there is a sand box outside. There are materials for paining: paper for aquarelle, brushes, pencils. There is also a small collection of scientific and documentary literature from the Soviet period, as well as fiction. If necessary the TV-set can also be provided. Impressions This is a tranquil place where you easily lose track of time. Rest among wild nature almost untouched by civilization. When spending time near the house you can stumble upon a little neighbor – the chipmunk living in the lands of the homestead. From village locals you can buy ecologic, completely natural products – vegetables, honey, milk and meat. By end of the summer you can pick ripe fruit and berries right from the trees in our garden. In the garden we put a swing and a hammock between trees. During summer and autumn season you can engage yourself in picking wild berries (strawberry, raspberry, black and red currant, blueberry and bird cherry), pine nuts and healing herbs, or swim in salt lakes, go on a Nordic walking, horse-riding or bicycle tour. In winter you can admire crystal-clear snow covering taiga and go sleighing. Come and take a breath of crystal-clear air and admire beauty and variety of Siberian nature. This place has a great regenerating power. Having spent there just a couple of hours you already feel well-rested. (Locals say that sometimes they see UFOs near their village… Maybe you will be lucky too!) The house can be rented all year round. Preferred guests are families with children – your kids will particularly enjoy being surrounded by nature. It is a perfect spot for a secluded vacation. A return transfer from Abakan is free. If you like roller-skating there is a long path to go by near Wilanow Palace – about 10min by bus. Further, there is the Powsin Park – a great city forest to walk, jog, bike or have fun with friends (fireplaces with wooden huts, tennis and volleyball courts, bars & cafes, and many other). There are also local shops in 500 meters (grocery, beauty center, dry cleaner, wine shopes, eco food, post, banks), and big shopping mall (Sadyba Best Mall). It takes ab.15 min by bus to get to the train central station. It takes ab. 40 minutes to get to/from the Fryderyk Chopin airport. The major transportation hub is a 5 minutes walk, where you can catch a bus to get to any other part of Warsaw. The nearest metro station is at Słuzew but that's too far to walk (you'd need to catch a bus from there or have a bike to get there). Description:To whom the chance We are a couple and we are leaving to Europe for the enire month of July. We have a 2 bedroom appartment available for rent fro the month of July. We are not trying to make any money but simply wave the cost while we are away. The appartment is situated 10 bus stop away from the Canadian parliment and also 5 m in away of Downtwon Ottawa by car. Across the street there is a park with a beach and volleyball,tennis and bascket ball court. The Gatineau park one of the biggest parcs in Quebec is 5 minute of walk distance. There is a out side parking for your car. There is an ACas well. There are 2 major bridges for the cross to ontario. Overall, the aparment is very charming and has all the facilities needed for tourists. The electricity and hotwater and Internet and phone is included in the rent. The house is localted in a very quite village, a perfect house for a very rellaxing holidays with your family! You can also do nice walkings through the aveiro estuary arms. Torreira beach has beautiful dunes, nice coffee places on the beach, volleyball places and other beach activities. You have also cycling tracks and boat activities. About the house: The house has one basement and two similar floors. We rent the first floor and the basement. The first floor has one kitchen with diswashing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, dinning room (with fireplace), 2 doble rooms and a single room. In the basement, you have the laundry and also a table ténis. The house has also a big and beautiful garden on the back of the house where you can rest and read! The house is in the centre of the village with coffes and a typical restaurant. The area: It´s perfect for walkings or biking (the house has 3 bicycles). This village is also bathed by one of the Aveiro estuary arms (1km from the house). Torreira is around 7 kms away of the house. Description:Our pondhouse is a part of an ancient farm of the 17th century very idyllic with a wonderful view over the rolling hills and the silhouette of the spire of the village church on the horizon. The situation is in between the borders to Germany and the Netherlands. The point of the three borders is very near (6 km). To the holiday home belongs a large, calm and completely fenced garden with a small playground for children: swing, slide, sandbox, basketball basket, net for volleyball and badminton and a rocking horse on a spring. The paved pathway and a small asphalted square make it possible for the children to use skateboards or roller skates. As we have 4 children who are almost grown up now, we still own a lot of outdoor material. According to the age of your children we can lend you a playtractor, a tricycle, a bobbycar or other toys. On the glass covered terrace, you will find nice teak-furniture and a barbecue. In addition, you dispose of a totally fenced natural pond, where you can have a pick nick. The pondhouse is completely furnished in ancient and luxurious style. All rooms dispose of floorheating. The living room has an open fire place, telephone, television, satellite, HD Flatscreen, blueray, dvd, video, radio and cd-player. The sofa can be converted into a double bed (1,40). Free WIFI. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There you will find: fridge, freezer, electric fan oven, microwave with grill, gas cooking plates, dish washer, water heater, toaster, SENSEO machine and mixer.
