From Casa Perlecco A you will have a pleasant view of the garden. Casa Perlecco A is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. n nYou will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Bellagio , roughly 400 meters (440 yards) from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for Linee Lecco bus Bellagio - Lecco line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). n nCasa Perlecco A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden. n nFor a succesful stay at Casa Perlecco A we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises. n nCasa Perlecco A and Casa Perlecco B are two apartments that are part of a large country house, located in the hamlet of San Vito (one of the 22 hamlets that make up the town of Bellagio), a 30-minute walk to the center of Bellagio and to the ferries. The house, before being restored as a modern house, used to be part of agricultural estate which nowadays no longer exists. In their large and beautiful home the owners have created two small studio apartments, which are a great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing, especially if you are travelling on a budget. n nThe complex can be reached by bus or by car. Given the distance to the bus stop, and since taxi service is not always readily available, we recommend having a car to tour the area. However, once you are at the villa you will find that, if you like walking, using the buses and the ferries you will be able to reach the many interesting lakeside villages, as well as the towns of Como and Lecco, and their train stations. Private boat trips on the lake can be arranged as well. If you have a car, you will be able to park it near the villa. n nIf you are fond of biking, the owners will be happy to lend you mountain bikes to tour the surroundings. n nYou will be approximately 90 minutes from Lugano, Bergamo and Milan, and roughly 30 minutes from Como and Lecco. The popular attraction of Villa Carlotta , in Tremezzo , will be an easy trip by ferry across the lake, and you will be able to walk to the botanic gardens of Villa Melzi , only roughly one mile away (1.5 km). n nIn the area you will find a wide range of tourist services: fitness center, squash facilities, and mountain bike rentals, a sports club with swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, and gym. Water skiing is also available, and there is an 18-hole golf course 30 minutes away. From Chevrio (a 15-minute drive) you will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Como . Several cafes and restaurants, as well as shops, are available in the center of Bellagio (a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk). n nBellagio is the most well-known resort of the area, often referred as the pearl of the lake. It lies at the tip of the headland that splits Lake Como',s two branches (the west branch toward the town of Como, and the east branch toward Lecco). Its charm fascinated, in past centuries, artists and poets, such as Pliny the Younger, who once owned what is now Villa Serbelloni , and then Taine, Longfellow, Twain, Stendhal, Flaubert, Faure, Liszt. The original charm is still intact, and makes of this destination a must-see for travellers to Lake Como. n nIf you prefer, you can enjoy the beautiful garden that surrounds the countryhouse, and, when you',re tired, you could rest at the shared relax lounge, where you can read a good book, or just enjoy the quietness of nature around you. n nThe garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. n nThe ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a big fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. You will find the stop for Linee Lecco bus Bellagio - Lecco line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Perlecco B from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden. n nFor a succesful stay at Casa Perlecco B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. n nCasa Perlecco A and Casa Perlecco B are two apartments that are part of a large country house, located in the hamlet of San Vito (one of the 22 hamlets that make up the town of Bellagio), a 30-minute walk to the center of Bellagio and to the ferries. The house, before being restored as a modern house, used to be part of agricultural estate which nowadays no longer exists. In their large and beautiful home the owners have created two small studio apartments, which are a great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing, especially if you are travelling on a budget. n nThe complex can be reached by bus or by car. Given the distance to the bus stop, and since taxi service is not always readily available, we recommend having a car to tour the area. However, once you are at the villa you will find that, if you like walking, using the buses and the ferries you will be able to reach the many interesting lakeside villages, as well as the towns of Como and Lecco, and their train stations. Private boat trips on the lake can be arranged as well. If you have a car, you will be able to park it near the villa. n nIf you are fond of biking, the owners will be happy to lend you mountain bikes to tour the surroundings. n nYou will be approximately 90 minutes from Lugano, Bergamo and Milan, and roughly 30 minutes from Como and Lecco. The popular attraction of Villa Carlotta , in Tremezzo , will be an easy trip by ferry across the lake, and you will be able to walk to the botanic gardens of Villa Melzi , only roughly one mile away (1.5 km). n nIn the area you will find a wide range of tourist services: fitness center, squash facilities, and mountain bike rentals, a sports club with swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, and gym. Water skiing is also available, and there is an 18-hole golf course 30 minutes away. From Chevrio (a 15-minute drive) you will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Como. Several cafes and restaurants, as well as shops, are available in the center of Bellagio (a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk). n nBellagio is the most well-known resort of the area, often referred as the pearl of the lake. It lies at the tip of the headland that splits Lake Como',s two branches (the west branch toward the town of Como, and the east branch toward Lecco). Its charm fascinated, in past centuries, artists and poets, such as Pliny the Younger, who once owned what is now Villa Serbelloni , and then Taine, Longfellow, Twain, Stendhal, Flaubert, Faure, Liszt. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. There isn't a washer/dryer in the unit, but there is a washer/dryer in the complex a couple of doors to the right as you come up the stairs. nOf course this condo's proximity to the lake and the fact that it has mooring facilities (first-come, first-serve basis) makes this the perfect place for those lucky enough to own some type of watercraft. Certainly you'll be able to do all things aquatic, like swimming, water-skiing, and sailing, but there's a world of things to do around McCall on dry land. Nearby Ponderosa State Park has numerous hiking and biking trails and spectacular views from Osprey Point. You can arrange a rafting or fishing trip. Golfers, bring your clubs! It's just a few blocks to McCall Golf Course. Jug Mountain and White Tail golf courses are also nearby. But McCall has lots of things to do in winter as well. Brundage Mountain Resort is about 30 minutes to the north. There are plenty of snowmobile trails around McCall and places to ice skate as well.
