Description:This property is situated within a 5* complex on the Turkish Riviera and is suitable for all the family. The complex offers 4 outdoor swimming pools with children's pool and water slide, indoor pool, fitness centre, hamam, sauna, jacuzzi, hairdressers and beauty treatments, tennis court, squash court, table tennis, table football, pool/snooker table, air hockey table, internet room, playstation games and a varied live entertainment program for young and old. There is a shuttle bus from the complex throughout the day to the beach where recliners with cushions and sunshades, as well as pedal and paddle boats are available free of charge. Food and drink is available for the all inclusive customers. A 10 minute bus ride away is Alanya town centre where there are boat trips and water activities, as well as a bazaar shopping village. Also there are plenty of restaurants and discos and ten-pin bowling. Nearest international airport: Antalya at 120 miles Nearest beach: 900 metres Airport transfers can be organised by us on request. Prices for 2008 are 70 euros each for a return journey. Children under 2 years are free. This is payable to the complex reception at the end of your holiday. The apartment complex offers a free bus service to the beach in where there is a snack bar and drinks available, with sun beds with mattress and parasols free of charge. If you have the all inclusive option the food and drink at this section of the beach is all included in the price. Welcome pack: In the apartment is our information pack which contains leaflets and information about the area of Alanya. Please feel free to add any information to this which you feel that other guests may enjoy. Within this pack is an instruction manual to help you use the apartments appliances. All Inclusive Catering We highly recommend the all-inclusive service as it is very reasonably priced: (Prices for 2008) Adults 23 euros per person per day. 1st Child under 6 = FREE 2nd Child under 6 = 50% off (11.5 euro approx) Children under 12 = 50% off (11.5 euro approx) These prices will be confirmed upon booking the apartment and may be subject to change. The all inclusive package offers a wide range of food and drinks, served at various locations within the complex. Food is served from 7am - 12pm. Information on the different sittings and food types is provided in the apartment information booklet. Snacks and drinks are also served at the the beach which is included in this option. Apartment fridge is stocked daily with soft drinks and some beer. Also as part of the all-inclusive option is a daily maid service in the apartment where the white towels will be exchanged and bed linen changed if required. There are 4 swimming pools within the complex, including an indoor pool. There are also plenty of activities day and night to suit all of the family. Description:Club Montemar offers you a stunning setting for a perfect holiday. It comprises of 2 individual villas with a swimming pool in front of each one. Comprising 7 independent apartments. It commands magnificent views of the coastline. You can either book just one apartment for a small family holiday, thus sharing the pools or several apartments for a larger group or even one of the villas as a whole and have the place to yourselves. The independent apartments sleep from 2 6 or the villa as a whole sleeps up to 14/15 or book both villas for a group of of up to 30. Each apartment has a lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, one or two bathrooms, one, two or three bedrooms. All have sea views and views over the pool areas. There is Spanish and basic UK TV and a DVD player in all apartments. There are also numerous outdoor barbecue and seating areas with stunning panoramic sea views or shaded relaxing areas. We also have outdoor kitchens with cooking and washing facilities and fridges. Each apartment has sea views, and there is also tale tennis and pool on the terraces. The complex is private with locked gates and private parking for residents. It is advisable to book early, especially for the mid to peak season. Description:The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of Sunny Day 2, this has stair and lift access. This apartment has air conditioning and consists of 1 very large bedroom containing a kingsize bed a large wardrobe,a set of draws,storage box and a comfy chair. A good size shower with toilet, shower and basin. The living area contains 2 settees which convert into double beds that are large enough for 2 small children to share or an adult to have one each. There is also a coffee table and dining table with four chairs. The Kitchen area has all the normal amenities associated with a self catering apartment including Fridge with small ice box, double hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery utensils etc. Bedding and towels are included in the price. There is a balcony that over looks beautiful mountain views and has a table and chairs where you can sit in the afternoon sun. In the complex area you have full use of the swimming pool and sunbeds. There is also a friendly bar/restaurant with internet connection,also there are various small shops including a small supermarket with a larger supermarket near by. The sandy beach with gently shelving waters which is 8 km long is just a five minute walk. On the beach there are many water sports availables such as Paraglyding,jet skiing, water skiing, Banana boats and Pedallos, there are also beach bars/restaurants.
