Description:The apartment has 4.5 rooms, 136 sqm, plus a terrace of about 100 square meters, which can be reached from the apartment through a staircase and a roof hatch. The furnishing is modern, in strong colors such as green, white, violet. There are high-class paintings and sculptures there. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and what you need to live like this is available. Induction Stove and Geschirrspühle are self-evident. The biological and environmentally friendly district heating in Vienna is the house across the street and of course integrated here. A washing machine is available modern standards. Bath with corner tub and Toiltte are separated. The following are available: 1 double bedroom, a TV room can be transformed into the the sofa into a comfortable double berth, a yoga room with a Daybett that would spend the night in addition also on the thick floor mat or two people comfortably. In the living room with open kitchen are two large tables, which is the one usually used as a workplace, but also pushed together for a meal for 10-14 people enough. Dishes for this exists. Likewise, an espresso machine. The house is insulated according to the latest findings from noise, heat and cold. The entrance through the staircase is in the 4th Floor, on foot or with a modern lift. The house was once thought of as a student flat, since the spring 11 are all students and it is terminated under its completely renovated new, very clean, friendly and well managed and pleasant neighbors are there. Because they enjoy a magnificent view, right on the water, built hundreds of Viennese district, on the skylines, Vienna and the surrounding vineyards and the flowing directly in front of the house Danube Canal. The living room has French windows to chug through the channel on which now and then even large passenger ships, which is very special. Despite the surrounding streets, the canal, the subway and train down through the air and the apartment is quiet, almost like an idyllic island in the middle of the pulsing life. She is very special and I, who lived in the eastern Swiss and Californian vineyards, and in the mountains of South America and in Tschungle am here very comfortably at home. My many work-related trips abroad have prompted me to offer the apartment at this time, instead of letting empty properties. Vienna's center, like the Swedes place that Stepghansdom, Nash, Carmelite, Brunnenmarkt, Prater, Lobau, Danube old, Museum Square, State Opera and Volksoper, ... are quickly and easily by public transport (they call the Viennese public transport, with public transport you asked me if I was married to an Austrian, smile) accessible. Vienna also offers bicycles for hours have anywhere to rent and apartment for rent by the hour-PW. Shopping Prior to the apartment and the passenger ship chugs through to Bratislava (entry on Sweden Square, 10 minutes walk), where shopping is much cheaper again. Vienna itself is understood as a gateway to the Orient, which makes the prices here in many consumer products unimaginably cheap. However, one should not just buy, but to act. Not infrequently one gets out up to 70.80% discount. Wannenbad mit Eckwanne und Toiltte sind getrennt. Es stehen zur Verfügung: 1 Doppelschafzimmer, 1 TV-Zimmer in dem das Sofa zu einem angenehmen Doppelschlafplatz umfunktioniert werden kann, 1 Yogazimmer mit einem Daybett, das auch auf der dicken Bodenmatte zusätzlich noch 2 Personen behaglich nächtigen liesse. Im Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sind 2 grosse Tische, wovon der eine üblicherweise als Arbeitsplatz genutzt wird, doch auch zusammengeschoben zum ein Essen für 10-14 Personen reicht. Geschirr dafür ist vorhanden. Ebenso eine Espressomaschine. Das Haus ist nach modernsten Erkenntnissen gegen Lärm, Kälte und Hitze isoliert. Der Eingang über das Treppenhaus ist im 4. Stock, zu Fuss oder mit modernem Lift erreichbar. Das Haus war einmal als Studenten-WG gedacht, seit Frühling 11 sind alle Studenten gekündigt und es ist unterdessen vollkommen neu renoviert, sehr sauber, freundlich und bestens verwaltet und es sind angenehme Nachbarn da. Sie geniessen da einen herrlichen Blick, direkt an die von Hundertwasser errichtete Wiener Fernwärme, über die Skylines, Wien bis in die umliegenden Rebberge und den unmittelbar vor dem Haus fliessenden Donaukanal. Das Wohnzimmer hat französische Fenster auf den Kanal, auf dem dann und wann auch grosse Passagierschiffe durchtuckern, was sehr speziell ist. Trotz der umliegenden Strassen, dem Kanal, der U-Bahn und Bahn untendurch und dem Luftverkehr ist die Wohnung still, fast wie eine idyllische Insel mitten im pulsierenden Leben. Sie ist ganz speziell und ich, die in den Ostschweizer und kaliforischen Rebbergen, sowie in den Bergen Südamerikas und im Tschungle lebte, bin hier sehr wohlig zu Hause. Meine vielen berufsbedingten Auslandreisen haben mich bewogen, die Wohnung in diesen Zeiten anzubieten, statt leerstehen zu lassen. Wiens Zentren, wie der Schwedenplatz, der Stepghansdom, Nasch-, Karmeliter-, Brunnenmarkt, Prater, Lobau, alte Donau, Museumsplatz, Staats- und Volksoper,... sind schnell und einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Wiener nennen sie die Öffis, mit öV fragten Sie mich, ob ich mit einem Österreicher verheiratet sei, smile) erreichbar. Wien bietet auch überall Fahrräder zur stundenweisen Miete und die App für stundenweises PW-Mieten an. Shopping Vor der Wohnung tuckert auch das Passagierschiff nach Bratislava durch (Einstieg am Schwedenplatz, 10 Minuten zu Fuss), wo Shopping nochmals viel günstiger ist. Wien selbst ist als Tor zum Orient zu verstehen, was die Preise hier in vielen Konsumgütern unvorstellbar günstig macht. Dennoch sollte man nicht einfach kaufen, sondern handeln. Description:Our quaint, antique-filled inn is located in the beautiful Catskills along a year-round river, 1 1/2 hours drive from New York City. Come and stay in a lovely historic house by the river and enjoy the nature and amenities. It is fully equipped for a nice vacation with lots to do in the area. Our policy is whether you are 1 guest or more you get the whole house to yourself - you won't share with unknown guests. We have 4 charming rooms and 1 1/2 baths - 2 queens, 1 double and 1 single - which will accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. There is a queen size airbed with bedding for 2 more. The single is on the first floor and the other three are upstairs. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV and wifi. In the mornings, enjoy a continental breakfast supplied for you with coffees, teas, cereals, milk & juices. In the summer outside we have a charcoal grill and picnic table for a riverside barbecue and a badminton game set up. Check-in time is 3 pm. If you want to check in before then, please just let us know. Check out time is 12:00 noon. There are many activities for a perfect vacation. We are 20 minutes from Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center. We are 10 minutes from Monticello Casino and Raceway. We are close to the Willowemoc River and Livingston Manor for the best trout fishing ever. Close by is an educational New York State trout hatchery, Hunter Lake for motorboating, for camping and swimming Mongaup Pond State Park and Neversink Reservoir for rowboating and fishing.
