Twee Gevels is situated across the road from the beach with closest swimming area 100 meters away. The living areas of this grand old lady as well as three bedrooms offer sea views. A sea facing veranda across the width of the house is ideal for outdoor living while a library/2nd lounge with authentic fire place provides a cosy space in less than perfect weather conditions. The villa has been furnished to reflect the colours and clean lines of the ocean. Open living spaces characterize this home with kitchen, lounge and dining room all flowing on to veranda with spectacular views. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! Description:Rent my duplex during sxsw--ideal location! SXSW Inf I am a 5 minute cab ride to downtown, with a bus stop a few blocks away. You can feasibly walk to Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, and even downtown (it would be a bit of a hike, but doable). I am an easy walk to a number of bars/restaurants on South Lamar where you will find some SX parties, and a really quick bus/taxi ride to South Congress where you'll find tons of SX parties. My duplex accommodates 4 comfortably. The duplex is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath unit, with free wi-fi, full-sized washer/dryer, and large outdoor patio/backyard. The second bedroom is being used as a study, but will have a full-size air mattress to easily accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The backyard has a gas grill, modern covered patio area with couches/table, and big backyard. Smoking is ok outside. The carport will easily accomodate 2 cars, with lots of additional parking on the street. Description:This apartment is in one of the most sought after locations in San Francisco. Our apartment is modern, comfortable, open. The apartment is an upper flat on the second story, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. we have new designer furniture all throughout the house as well as new patio furniture. The flat has great views, and a huge private deck with BBQ grill and seating. The flat is located in between the Mission and Castro areas. It's one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco, right next to Mission Dolores and the Castro theater. The living room is a great size with stylish and comfortable furniture and art. There is a large 44 flat screen TV, full cable, Netflix, Apple Tv, Wii, PS3, and hundreds of DVD's. We have a great library of books for you to read as well, including amazing cook books in the kitchen. We have Wifi as well with a super fast connection. One bedroom has a full bed with very comfortable mattress and dresser, closet, as well as partial views of Twin Peaks. The 2nd bedroom has a closet, desk, and queen size bed also with a very comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a breakfast nook for lounging as well as reakfast bar. There will be everything you need to cook. Olive oils, utensils, cooking supplies. There's a dishwasher, full oven, microwave and toaster. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, warmer than most areas in SF and everything you need or want is literally within minutes walk or drive. Both 280 and 101 freeways are within a 5 minute drive. Muni and BART are also within a 5-10 minute walk. We're 15 min to downtown via public transportation. If you have a car you should get a temporary parking pass for the neighborhood zone, for $32 for a 2 week pass. It's very central and the best place to get to different districts with ease. During your stay you'll have all the conveniences of home, including coin-op laundry just down stairs. There's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook etc. I'm 29, own a lifestyle management company. My boyfriend is 31 and owns his own graphic design company. We're both creative designer types who take a lot of pride in our home and put a lot of time and effort into making it comfortable' cool, and inviting, My cat and dog live here but will not be present during your stay.... more info >>
