Whether you're looking north, south, east, or west from this villa for rent in the US Virgin Islands, you're sure to have a picturesque view! n n(3,150 sq ft) This villa is situated on top of Sydney's Fancy, the highest point on the exclusive Peterborg Peninsula, within a cul-de-sac and behind a gated driveway. To the west, the villa has views of Magens Bay, which is 400 feet below, to the north, there are views of the Peterborg Peninsula, ocean horizon, and the nearby Hans Lollick Island, to the east, the villa has views of the British Virgin Islands and then on towards St. John and Tortola. Description:Cottage Profile 7th HAVEN is a bright, fully equipped three bedroom, cottage conveniently located a short walk (less than 400 meters) from Sauble Beach - world renowned for its famous sunsets and great swimming. Eleven kilometers of the longest fresh water beach in the world, it is a great place for your family to walk, swim, build sandcastles, windsurf, play on the volley ball courts, or take in the magnificent sunsets. The sandy bottom lake is shallow as you walk out to several sandbars before deeper water, which is ideal for your children. There are two wagons supplied to transport children and beach toys to the beach. 7th HAVEN is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the beach to enjoy some fun in the sun. It is located on a well-treed, private 1/2 acre lot with a large grassy front yard, which is ideal for your children to play various outdoor games as well as to watch many birds visiting the feeders. A hedge separates the cottage from the road, which acts as both a safety feature and as screening for extra privacy. 7th HAVEN is the ideal place for your family to get away to spend some quality time together. The main living area has an open-concept design with cathedral ceiling in the living room, kitchen and dining room. Large windows along the west side of the cottage provide a bright and airy feeling as you overlook the 450 sq. ft. wrap-around deck and front yard. This room contains a woodstove, two sofas, two armchairs, and a rocking chair, three coffee tables and ceiling fan which makes for a comfortable place to relax after a day of swimming, fishing or golfing. A television with a VCR, DVD/CD, and I-POD cable provide you with additional entertainment. On a chilly night, you can light the woodstove, to curl up and watch a movie or read your favourite novel under one of three reading lamps. In the dining area you will find a large oak dining table which seats up to six adults comfortably.
