Parking is available within the property grounds. n nMain Villa (7560 sq ft) nMain level: The villa’,s Great Room features high-arched windows and stonework crafted in the classic St. John style. This expansive room is furnished with many couches and chairs, perfect for a large group. The dining area has a mahogany table with 14 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a pass-through window to the poolside dining area. Near the kitchen is a family room with a large flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and a table for cards or games. There are also French doors leading outside to the patios and pool. There are two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. A hallway leads to the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. nUpper level: Twin mahogany staircases lead up to the top floor where there are five bedrooms, each overlooking the pool and Great Cruz Bay. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. Because Cruz Bay is the most popular among visitors, there are many different types of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and jet skiing. St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, especially through Virgin Island's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. Description:Giotto is a historic farmhouse converted into a private villa, situated on top of a hill in Tuscany near Florence, with a splendid 360c2b0 view overlooking the valley below. The foundations of this villa were built at the end of the 14th century and it was inhabited by resident bailiffs from 1700. It hasn 't lost any of its old-fashioned charm, conserving the atmosphere of farmhouses from the past while offering all the modern day comforts. nThe farmhouse is near the village of Vicchio, famous for being the birthplace of Giotto, the celebrated Italian Renaissance painter. The farmhouse, situated on a hillside which forms part of a large agricultural estate that produces olive oil and wine, is surrounded by a lovely garden which borders on one side onto a country lane occasionally used by cars during the day. Just outside of Vicchio is the beginning of the Strada del Vino Chianti Rufina DOCG and Pomino DOC (Wine Road). nThe garden has a covered parking area near the gated entrance and a pergola with a table for eating e28098al frescoe28099, next to the original stables which have been converted into an open space with built in barbecue. Crossing the garden between roses of many colors, one reaches the swimming pool, positioned in an area which looks like the bow of a ship.
