Description:This bright and spacious loft-style penthouse apartment offers majestic views over the canopy of a small park giving the feeling of a truly idyllic retreat in the countryside but is in fact in the middle of the city - less than 20 minutes to Friedrichstrasse. The apartment is located in Alt-Tempelhof, close to Kreuzberg, the multicultural melting pot and currently the most interesting part of Berlin with its vivid art scene, English theater, bars and restaurants. It is divided into three separate areas: a large dining area with a beautiful wooden dining-table and an attractive sunny balcony, a generous sitting area with sofa and armchairs and in the front next to the kitchen a cozy fireplace with a wood-burning stove. A large skylight lets in even more light: a crackling fire in winter and above you twinkling stars - what more could you want? The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, a very good stove, large fridge and a dishwasher. A large larder provides space for essentials such as a freezer, provisions, wood for the oven and other things. The apartment has two large separate bedrooms. which face east and, like the terrace, receive the morning sunshine. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and a desk. The second bedroom is currently arranged as a study with a second desk, but could be converted into a second bedroom. All rooms have central heating. On entering through the front door, you will find beautiful stone tiles in the hall and bathroom. The bathroom, which is also light and sunny, comes with a floor to ceiling shower and is equipped with a high quality new washing machine. Next to the bedroom is a large store room, which is suitable for clothes, shoes and other things like vacuum cleaner, etc. A cellar is also available for storage. Behind the house there is a courtyard with communal garden, lawn and children’s play area. The street is quiet, tree-lined and cobble-stoned and has a number of architecturally beautiful buildings. The park in front of the apartment is a small paradise with ponds, walkways and ancient trees. The former Tempelhof Airport, which is now a huge green area and the creative playground for many Berliners, can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. Here more and more people pursue recreational activities, have fun with urban gardening and come together for barbecues. The famous ‘Bergmannkiez’ (the fashionable area of Kreuzberg) is a mere 10-15 minutes trip by Underground on the U6 or by bicycle. The S-Bahn Südkreuz, which is also one of the main railways terminals, is three bus stops away. There is easy access to both Berlin Tegel and Berlin Schoenefeld airports. In the immediate location of the apartment you will find numerous shopping possibilities, from organic food stores to discounters a large department store is directly opposite of the park. Description:Two bedroom riverfront cabin on Schroon River Road. 468' of private riverfront. Bright and airy, this immaculate log cabin (approx. 1000sq. feet), is fully furnished and well equipped including central heating system, washer/dryer, microwave, basic Direct TV, VCR, telephone, stereo system (cassettes/CD's/MP3's). Complete linen and kitchen service is also provided. Featuring a large, open living area, dinning room and kitchen with knotty pine walls, hardwood floors and a Vermont casting wood-stove our home is ideal for two couples or a family. It sleeps up to five (queen bed in master bedroom overlooking the river, single bed and a double bed in the other bedroom. Sliding doors exit to a deck overlooking the river and the mountains. An porch in the front of the cabin also provides relaxing mountain and river views while it enables you to oversee the activities on our spacious yard that features charcoal grill picnic table, outdoor furniture, and plenty of room for all to enjoy. There are 2 car spaces and room for a boat trailer. A rustic path leads down to the river bank where you can enjoy the wilderness of the river rapids, fish, walk along the river bank or just sit on the river rocks and relax listening to the river. The cabin is convenient to all area attractions. Just 15min. from Lake George Village, 10min from Bolton Landing Lake George, 10min from Loon Lake, 15min from Hudson and White Water Rafting facilities, 20min from Mt. This listing you are reading is to book the entire church. Thanks An 1860 historic church in the countryside of Charlotte, Vermont. A rare opportunity to stay in a restored church with all the comforts of home. This place is unique, charming & beautiful on a quiet country road. The entire church has been updated and freshly painted. I keep the church spotless. Property description & amenities: The ceiling is 30 feet high surrounded by eight, 4’ x 12 ‘ stained glass windows. Central heating & wood burning stove/fireplace, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, wi fi Internet, music system and complete kitchen. There is a new grand piano you are welcome to play. The master bedroom with private bath is located on the balcony, (formerly the choir loft). There is a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player at the foot of the queen bed. Linens, comforter, pillows, towels, hair dryer & shampoo are provided. The loft/balcony master bedroom is private from view from below and separate from the second bedroom. I provide, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, juices etc. for your breakfast. There is a country store 1/4 blocks away. Snow shoeing trails, walking paths, parks and a host of fun activities nearby. Check in anytime after 4 p.m. I don't mind late arrivals. Plenty of off street parking. You're five minutes to Lake Champlain, 20 to downtown Burlington. Next door to Mt. Philo, the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms and the Shelburne Village with it's quaint shops and restaurants. The per day rate for the entire church is $165.00 for two persons and $15 per night for each additional person. plus a $40 total cleaning deposit. There is a two day minimum stay for booking the entire church ( I might make an exception) With the entire church rental you get two bedrooms that can sleep two couples. The guest room is very small but cozy with a double bed. The guest room uses the half bath on the lower level and would share the upstairs shower/tub of the master bedroom. Massage therapy. I'm a CMT ( certified massage therapist) of 11 years. I have a heated massage room here for my Airbnb guests and do not see other clients while I have Airbnb guests. I do swedish style massage with includes your face, scalp and feet. Your massage includes hot steamed towels on your back along with aroma therapy & hot stones. Handicap Access This home is fairly accessible for those with limited mobility since there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The main entrance has 2 steps to enter the home. Once you are on the main level, there is a living room, TV, kitchen, dining area, BBQ, and 55 foot deck with amazing views. Layout You walk in the front door and straight ahead is the large living room with lots of comfy couches, table seating for 6 and a TV with DirecTV, DVD player. Next to the TV is a wood burning stove and we provide the wood. It is very rare to find homes in Tahoe with real wood burning stoves and fireplaces since a rule came out over 6 years ago that fireplaces must be removed when a home is sold. I bought this house before that rule so I am able to keep the wood stove and fireplace. There are large double paned windows facing the mountain and meadows in this room. The sliding glass door leads you out to the large 55 foot deck with picnic table seating for 18 and a high quality BBQ. The views of the mountains and meadow are amazing and you can see coyotes, birds, chipmunks and sometimes a beaver running around. On the right side of the deck is a door that leads into the master suite with a queen bed, seating, and ensuite bathroom. You can also enter this private master suite through the garage. Off of the upstairs living room is a hallway which leads you to a bathroom with a shower/tub on the left, a queen bedroom on the right, a king bedroom on the right and then a second master bedroom on the left with a king bed, TV, DirecTV service, and a private bathroom with shower. Off of the upstairs living room is the open kitchen and dining seating for 12. The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new sink. Continue through the kitchen and walk down the stairs to the lower level. You will enter the billiards room with a large pool table. On the right are three bedrooms with queen beds. After you pass the billiards room, there is a large bathroom on the left with a shower. Continue down the hallway and you will enter the great room with a large TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library, wet bar, bar stools, shuffleboard table, large cozy fireplace and I provide the wood. Pass this room and you will enter the sunroom. There is a ping pong table, couches and great views. To the right is a large bedroom with 3 full beds. There is a sliding glass door that leads outside to the hot tub. This hot tub was recently purchased and has lots of jets. Around the corner from the hot tub is the wood room. The driveway can fit 4 cars and 2 cars can fit in the garage. In the garage is a storage room for skis, boards, poles, boots, etc. Snow Removal I have a company that plows the driveway when there is more than 5 inches of snow.
