The sliding glass door leads you out to the large 55 foot deck with picnic table seating for 18 and a high quality BBQ. The views of the mountains and meadow are amazing and you can see coyotes, birds, chipmunks and sometimes a beaver running around. Continue through the kitchen and walk down the stairs to the lower level. You will enter the billiards room with a large pool table. On the right are three bedrooms with queen beds. After you pass the billiards room, there is a large bathroom on the left with a shower. Continue down the hallway and you will enter the great room with a large TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library, wet bar, bar stools, shuffleboard table, large cozy fireplace and I provide the wood. Pass this room and you will enter the sunroom. There is a ping pong table, couches and great views. To the right is a large bedroom with 3 full beds. There is a sliding glass door that leads outside to the hot tub. This hot tub was recently purchased and has lots of jets. Around the corner from the hot tub is the wood room. The driveway can fit 4 cars and 2 cars can fit in the garage. In the garage is a storage room for skis, boards, poles, boots, etc. Snow Removal I have a company that plows the driveway when there is more than 5 inches of snow. Description:Imagine a place that was brilliantly designed and a real gem. Sounds pretty intriguing, right? Well, you 'll find that those are the exact words used to describe this vacation rental in France by previous guests who just loved it! Bordering the Dronne River, this self-catering accommodation near Chenaud has a peaceful and pleasant setting in the beautiful countryside. Incredible, stunning, and lovingly restored, this is just the place to spend the holidays in France! n n2.6 hectares (6.4 acres): The chateau was built in the 17th century, with the foundation dating back to 1090. In the 18th and 19th century the chateau was enlarged with 2 more parts. All sections are attached to each other with 3-foot thick walls. The different styles of the various constructions are visible, which lends an attractive rambling aspect to the building. For example, in the 17th century the cellar, now used for wine storage, was the kitchen. The original details are still visible. The property is accessed via a quiet little road that connects two small villages. The graveled courtyard leads to the house, barn and garden. The backyard overlooks the winding Dronne River where there is a dock (4m x 7m) where guests can sit and to enjoy the riverside and the canoes passing by. The large garden is completely private, the north, south and west sides consist of typical large French walls, the river Dronne is on the east side of the property. The south of the property has a splendid view of the 12th century Roman church of Chenaud. There is garden furniture in both sunny and shaded areas of the garden. There are huge 100-year old oak and line trees, as well as apple, peach, cherry, prune and chestnut trees. New plantain trees have been planted. At the far end of the garden is a little pond. nThe largest part of the chateau, an apartment named Silver Truffle, was built in the 18th century, and the second unit, La Floreale, dates back to the 17th century. Both sections are tastefully decorated with antique and exquisite fabrics, combined with pieces of modern European art. All bedrooms (except the two in La Floreale) still have the original fireplaces, but due to safety reasons they are not useable. The 19th century part is still under restoration and in use by the owners. Beside the main house is a large barn with two towers and an old well. La Vesunna is an apartment in the barn, which has been beautifully restored and decorated. n nSilver Truffle (275m2): nGround floor: One enters the entrance hall with floor tiles and wooden beams from the 17th century. From this hall one can access the living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The living area includes a large fireplace (wood is available for an extra cost), a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating close to the fireplace. The decor is a combination of antique and modern art. The bedroom has a king-size bed (or twin beds, depending upon the preference), 300-year old oak floors, built-in electronic safe, and a small wash basin. The bathroom, separate from the bedroom, has a WC, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer, and radiant floor heating. nFirst floor: From the hall there is access to the 300-year old staircase to the first floor. From the landing there is a wonderful view over the Dronne River. From here there are three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom, with a safari theme, has a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom with a WC, circle-shaped shower, sink and floor heating. This bedroom also has a built-in electronic safe. The second bedroom, decorated in red, has twin beds which can be made into a king-size bed upon request, and an en suite bathroom with WC, shower and sink. There is a built-in electronic safe. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a king-size bed upon request, and an en suite bathroom with WC, shower, sink and radiant floor heating. The bedroom has a built-in electronic safe. There is central heating and each radiator can be individually adjusted. nLa Floreale (120m2): nGround floor: On the ground floor is the living area, including a living/dining room, kitchen an entrance hall and guest bathroom. From the entrance hall one can access the guest bathroom with a WC and sink, as well as the washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board (located in a closet). Also from the entrance one can access the living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. The living room is the oldest part of the chateau, dating back to 1626. The living/dining room decor is modern with antique elements and the room features a wood stove with the furniture surrounding the stove. From the kitchen you can access a large balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. There is a built-in electronic safe. nFirst floor: A staircase goes to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms, each with king-size beds (or twin beds, depending upon the preference). There are two en suite bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and WC. There is central heating. nLa Vesunna (90m2): nGround floor: This accommodation is in the old barn. Description:If you love the sea, you could hardly do better than this apartment in a Sorrento villa. Great for a family getaway, this vacation villa apartment in Italy has three bedrooms, two baths, and a shared swimming pool right on the water. The panoramic terrace is great for dining together or just enjoying endless views. And let's not forget the location! This apartment on the Sorrento Peninsula offers trails throughout the countryside, proximity to Sorrento, and easy access to all of the amazing spots in the area: Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii, and Capri. n nThis villa is one of very few in the area with both private sea frontage and a seawater swimming pool. The villa is built on four levels, with the Attico apartment on Levels 3 and 4. Levels one, two, and four open onto ample terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, while level three opens onto balconies with uninterrupted views of Naples, including the island of Capri, Procida, and Ischia. Mount Vesuvius looms in the background. A separate garden area, shared between the units, hosts a pizza oven with a wood stove and barbecue-- where staff, on request, can arrange handmade pizza parties. The shared swimming pool (10m x 6m, 1.5-3.5m deep) is set in a terrace just above the sea, ideal for sunset cocktail parties, while the sea access is about 100 steps down from the main entrance. Please be aware that the pool terraces are directly above the sea and unfenced, which means that children (and drinking adults!) need supervision at all times. The villa is accessed via a remote-controlled gate on a private street descending from the main road. There is parking available. n nAttico (130 m2) nLevel 4: The entrance on the topmost floor leads into a 40 m2 living room with an open fireplace, two sofas, and two armchairs. A sliding glass door opens onto the terrace, and a large window on the left has a view of Capri. The 180 m2 terrace has 180-degree views from Mount Vesuvius to the island of Capri. It is furnished with two wooden tables and a number of deck chairs, partially shaded by a bamboo roof. This level also has a partially open-plan kitchen equipped with a cook-top, electric oven, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster. Another sliding glass door opens onto a stone-paved side terrace shaded by pine trees. A back room is also available for extra food and drinks. nLevel 3: A wooden staircase leads down into a large, open-plan room that can be enclosed with a sliding wooden door. Here there are two twin beds with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The room is nice and cool and opens onto a small side terrace. From here, a few stairs lead down to a corridor where you will find the master bedroom, which includes a 160-cm queen-size bed, air conditioning, a heating unit, and a small balcony with sea views. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, opening onto the same balcony. Back in the corridor, there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub with fixed showerhead. n nThis villa is located about 1.5 km from the center of Massa Lubrense, a quaint town just a few kilometers outside of Sorrento, on one of the most beautiful coastlines of Italy. The area offers beautiful landscape with more than 100 km of trails throughout the countryside, along with some of the best cuisine in the country! It is only 3 miles away from the Island of Capri and within reach of all of the major towns of the Amalfi Coast. Going into the heart of Sorrento, you'll find yourself in a thriving seaside community, filled with life, good food, and great shopping. Sorrento is famous for two things you can't miss: Limoncello (an alcoholic aperitif) and inlaid wood. The workshops of Sorrento were the first to use the technique of arranging small pieces of wood into intricate patterns, a practice which has been refined and perfected through generations. Take the time to find and visit one of the workshops-- you won't regret it! There are also a couple of places you ought not to miss. The first is the 10th century Basilica di San Antonio. Saint Anthony is the patron of navigators, and sailors have made thousands of votive offerings at his tomb in the crypt. The 11th century Cathedral is also beautiful, housing some frescoes and a bell tower with a ceramic clock. The cloisters of Saint Francis are interesting because they have been restored many times over the centuries, resulting in an impressive display of architectural styles from late gothic to the renaissance. The Sorrento Summer of Music is also held at the cloisters, every year from July to September, and features international musicians performing alongside of emerging musical talents. To find your way around the area without a car, buy a bus ticket at a local tobacco store and find a blue and white SITA sign. Driving times are: Ravello to Amalfi, 15 minutes, Amalfi to Positano, 30 minutes, Positano to Sorrento, 35 minutes. nNaples: 60 km nPompei: 40 km nRavell 40 km nAmalfi: 35 km nPositan 20 km nSorrent 7 km nMarina della Lobra: 3 km nMassa Lubrense: 1.5 km n nAvailable Amenities: Shared swimming pool (open end of May - end of September), fireplace, cook-top, electric oven, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, parking, central heating, telephone (incoming local calls only), air conditioning, satellite TV. nExtra Services: The following are listed as an aid for trip planning, the services and prices are approximate and cannot be guaranteed by Rentvillas. Description:An unique opportunity to stay in a beautifully modernised former silk weavers' loft in the heart of Londone28099s vibrant East End. c2a0 Spanning over 5 floors, this spacious family home has been delicately and thoughtfully brought up-to-date. c2a0 The artist owner has retained many of the homee28099s original Georgian features while ensuring todaye28099s guests stay in modern comfort. nThe house dates from 1720, at a time when large numbers of French and Flemish Huguenots fleed religious persecution to settle in the area. It was in this very house Londone28099s new immigrants brought with them a new wave of silk-making skills and turned e28098Spitalfields Silke28099 into a world-famous export. nOn the ground floor of the house, youe28099ll find the walls of the open plan kitchen and dining room painted in warm yellow tones, true to the original Georgian colour palette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The worktops are granite and the very modern splash-back is made of stainless steel tiles. The kitchen opens into a large dining area where a bespoke maple wood table (which can seat up to 12) takes pride of place. Theree28099s a modern wood stove housed in space which contained the original fireplace. Care has been taken to preserve the original e28098wig cabinetse28099 of the long-time former owners! Light floods into this warm, sunny room from 2 large shuttered windows at the front of the house. nAt the back of the ground floor theree28099s a handy downstairs bathroom with WC and basin. Theree28099s a storage and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. nOn the first floor is a large bathroom with a big shower (with rain showerhead), heated towel rail, WC, basin, medicine-style cabinets, a large mirror and window for lots of light and fresh air. A very comfortable sitting room lies to the front of the house with 3 big windows, a large sofa and chairs in which to sit and relax or to watch tv in front of the flat-screen tv (with Sky). Again, theree28099s a wood stove for colder nights. nOn the second floor is another large bathroom with roll top bath (and shower attachment), basin, WC, large mirror and window for extra light and fresh air. nThis bathroom can be used by guests in the master bedroom on the third floor. A bespoke wrought iron bed frame holds a king-sized mattress which is made up with comfortable white bedding, pillows and cushions. There are bedside tables, a flat-screen tv, built-in robes, a chest of drawers and a dressing table and mirror. This is a bright room with 3 large windows and the blue/grey e28098sea foame28099 painted walls again stay true to the original Georgian colour palette. nThe third bedroom has views of the garden, to the back of the house, and is made up as a nursery. Theree28099s also a sofa bed which can sleep a couple of adults. nThis home impresses, literally, on every level! However, guests never fail to be surprised by the loft-style sitting room at the very top of the house. This room was where the silk weavers worked. They needed light for their weaving and theree28099s an abundance of glass, with windows to the front and back at one level and windows above, into the raised ceiling space. This is a really comfortable room, with plenty of space to recline on a collection of sofas and chairs and a library of books. While ite28099s perfect place to read or listen to music, the space has also been designed with entertaining in mind. Theree28099s a projector to create a home cinema in the room and a small drinks fridge for intermission! Theree28099s a small roof terrace to the front of the house which has superb views of the famous Christ Church (designed by Nicholas Hawksmoor in 1711) and the City of London. To the back, theree28099s a good-sized terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining with views of the neighbouring roof-tops. Again, the views are impressivee280a6 what a vantage point to see celebratory fireworks at Christmas/New Year or, especially given its easterly view, during the London Olympics! nThere are wooden floors, sea grass mats, high ceilings, central heating and wi-fi internet throughout the house. Accoustic glass in all the windows ensures quiet within the home. nAn additional bonus in this home is the self-contained 1 bed apartment on the lower ground floor. With 2 big windows, this room is light and airy. Theree28099s a double bed, bedside tables, chairs and a chest of drawers. In the open plan living and kitchen area youe28099ll find an oven hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, sofa bed, table and chairs. The bathroom is tiled in white and mint green with a bath (and shower attachment), WC, basin, large mirror and heated towel rail. From the living area, hardwood steps lead you up into the garden, which can also be accessed from the ground level of the main house. nHere youe28099ll find a brand new contemporary conservatory or e28098wintere28099 garden. With a double-height ceiling, rendered light ochre-coloured walls and a limestone floor, the garden makes an impact! A retractable glass roof offers indoor/outdoor living and means the garden can be used all year round. For summer days and nights, open the roof for al fresco dining. For cooler days, youe28099ll be kept cosy by the under floor heating underneath the limestone flooring. Theree28099s a large table and a few comfortable chairs for dining and entertaining. The area is decked with plants, creating a true oasis of calm. Who would know that youe28099re just moments from hustle of the markets and Londone28099s financial district?! nSpitalfields is an historic location in the heart of the City and the house is a stonee28099s throw from Spitalfields Market. This is one of Londone28099s oldest and finest Victorian market halls, home to an array of market stalls, boutiques, unique clothing, specialty food shops, cafes and some of Londone28099s finest restaurants. Ite28099s a e28098must visite28099 for tourists and Londoners alike, rivalling Portobello Market for popularity. nNearby Brick Lane (5 minute walk), with its many famed Indian restaurants, also has its own market on the weekends and smaller markets, such as the Sunday UpMarket and the stalls/shops on Cheshire Street, are also worth a look. Theree28099s a cinema and a diverse nightlife too with bars and nightclubs open til late. Londone28099s financial centre is also within walking distance and the Richard Rogere28099s designed Lloyde28099s building, Leadenhall Market, Swiss Re (Gherkin) building and Heron Tower are great examples of Londone28099s diverse architecture. The lively Shoreditch and Hoxton areas are close at hand too and fantastic for exploring independent galleries (White Cube in Hoxton Square), for finding unique clothing and jewellery and all types of cuisine (with particularly authentic Vietnamese, Turkish and Italian restaurants). nThe property is extremely well connected on the London Underground network - a 10 minute walk from both Liverpool Street station (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines and the direct train to Stansted Airport) and Aldgate East station (District and Hammersmith & City lines). For getting to the Olympic Village, youe28099re just 3 stops from Stratford on the Central line. Victoria Park, on the edge of the Regente28099s Canal, is a 10 minute bus journey for some green open space. nThis is one of our favourite homes, with its super location, spaciousness, style, outdoor space and spectacular views. And, in addition, a rare chance to live in a piece of Londone28099s living history!... more info >>

Description:The upper floor is typically Spanish styled, with open plan living and very high beamed ceilings. The furnishings are contemporary and provide a real home from home with seating and dining for eight people. The raised breakfast area seats eight, and overlooks the fully fitted German kitchen. A new gas hob, electric oven and washing machine have been fitted this year. In addition the kitchen provides a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, bread-maker, paella/pizza pan, toaster and ice cream maker are provided . The three bedrooms have all have comfortable beds, modern glass fronted wardrobes and ample storage space. There are two shower rooms upstairs, an indoor family one and a private hot and cold outdoor shower room outside next to the pool. The large glazed Naya gives an addition living space for the whole family to relax. It is a lovely area to cool down after a swim. The Costa Blanca has wonderful clear skies and starry nights and sitting on the Naya is a truly wonderful experience as the night time views are very impressive. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed in the shady courtyard or on the terraces or informally on the Naya so there is somewhere to sit comfortably whatever the weather and still enjoy the views . Guests are welcome to pick from the fruiting trees, lemons, figs and medlar plums (Nisparros) to enjoy home-made lemonade or a slice in a G&T. The lower floor boasts a completely self contained apartment, which is ideal for larger groups, maybe to accommodate grandparents, young couples or even teenagers. The apartment is never let separately and is only available in addition to the main house. The apartment has a comfortable L-shaped open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas, a very large bedroom which has an English double divan bed, a shower room and a small alfresco seating area. There is a comfortable full sized double sofa bed in the sitting room. The small kitchen is equipped with electric hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a separate Sky Freesat connection in the apartment, a Cd player and radio. The house is safe for children as the garden and rear courtyard are totally enclosed. The pool area can be shut off from the garden and house which is an important point to consider if there are young children in the party. Further details indoors: There are three shower rooms, but no bathrooms. Freesat through Sky allows a good choice of English speaking programmes, guests are welcome to bring along their own skycard to enjoy even more programmes. Coolboxes and thermos flasks are provided, so take advantage of these and enjoy the age old Spanish pastime of picnicking on the beach, on the wonderful mountains or in the countryside. A selection of board games, drawing materials, DVDs and play things are available in the casa for the children. Beach and pool playthings are also provided but please note that they are subject to the usual wear and tear but are often suplemented by guests over the holiday period. I do not guarentee that all inflatable toys are not punctured! The doors and windows are fitted with security grills, mosquito screens, and in addition, the bedrooms have metal night shutters, and quiet fans. For guests staying during the winter months there is a superb wood burning stove and underfloor central heating. In addition there are marble slab heaters which provide additional heat and a portable gas heater for the Naya area. Further details outdoors: The private south facing solar heated, pool provides real luxury. The solar heated water is some six degrees hotter than the surrounding ambiant temperature which allows for a longer swimming season. Usually from April to late October but this does depend of the weather as rain cools the pool. The pool is gated and can be totally shut off from the house and garden and is graduated in depth from 3ft to 7ft. There are new extra long steps which reach to the bottom of the shallow end. The house is safe for children as the garden and rear courtyard are totally enclosed. The mature trees also give good shade and privacy. There are several bars, which provide snacks and menu del dia and restauants on the Monte Pego development, all between 1km to 3km from the Casa. In addition there is a indoor heated pool, a beauty therapy studio and an art gallery. Monte Pego has its own tennis courts and paddel (short tennis) courts, petanc and bowls areas. On Saturday evenings in the summer, the Monte Pego restaurant organises fantastic outdoor BBQs with Live music and dancing, an event not to be missed as the food, is out of this world. The Bella Vista club has many evenings of entertainment, and both bars broadcast sports fixtures in English. Within a short drive, are many unspoilt villages all having their own unique markets or rastros. The holiday maker is really spoilt for choice as the nearest blue flag beach is only 10 mins away travelling through the orange groves and paddy fields. This part of the Costa Blanca is well known for its miles and miles of safe, golden sandy beaches and quiet private coves, all within a short drive away. Children can have great fun exploring the winding paths through the trees in the rear garden which has over 100 protected indigenous palms. The garden has several fruit trees, lemons, figs, persimmon, pommegranite, medlar plums (Nisparros) and para-guava. Guests are invited to pick the fruit and enjoy! Accessed from the sitting room through French windows or from the garden, there is an enclosed gated walled courtyard, which provides a safe play area for small children and shady area for alfresco dining. A gas BBQ is provided Guests have plenty of choice to sit in the sunny or shady areas. There are tables and chairs for dining, sunbeds and coffee tables by the pool, and beneath the trees, a bench to enjoy a quiet moment in the shade. The lower level apartment has its own private alfresco area with table and chairs. Pool inflatables, and beach equipment are provided at the beginning of the season, but I request that these are replaced if damaged in fairness to other guests. I do not guarentee that they have not been punctured! Further details Usually swimming is comfortably warm being some six degrees hotter than the ambient temperature, often swimming can begin from the beginning of April to the end of October, and sometimes even into November. However, it should be noted that the pool temperature is affected by the amount of rainfall and coolness of the evenings. A welcome pack or additional grocery shopping can be arranged with the owner, It is so much nicer to relax after your long journey without worrying about your shopping. Just email your grocery requirements and your shopping will be delivered ready for your stay. Payment for shopping is to be made on your arrival. A cleaning and laundry service can also be arranged. The french windows ensure more lovely views of the open countryside at the rear of the house. The well-equipped kitchen adjoins the lounge and was designed with large groups in mind . There is a big kitchen table, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, gas cooker, toaster, together with cupboards full of crockery and cooking utensils.. Once you step out of the back door, the peaceful views of open countryside really make you feel that you are in a completely rural location. The attractive terrace is a wonderful location for a cool, relaxing drink on a warm evening. There is also an enormous barbecue for alfresco dining!
