Handicap Access This home is fairly accessible for those with limited mobility since there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The main entrance has 2 steps to enter the home. Once you are on the main level, there is a living room, TV, kitchen, dining area, BBQ, and 55 foot deck with amazing views. Layout You walk in the front door and straight ahead is the large living room with lots of comfy couches, table seating for 6 and a TV with DirecTV, DVD player. Next to the TV is a wood burning stove and we provide the wood. It is very rare to find homes in Tahoe with real wood burning stoves and fireplaces since a rule came out over 6 years ago that fireplaces must be removed when a home is sold. I bought this house before that rule so I am able to keep the wood stove and fireplace. There are large double paned windows facing the mountain and meadows in this room. The sliding glass door leads you out to the large 55 foot deck with picnic table seating for 18 and a high quality BBQ. The views of the mountains and meadow are amazing and you can see coyotes, birds, chipmunks and sometimes a beaver running around. On the right side of the deck is a door that leads into the master suite with a queen bed, seating, and ensuite bathroom. You can also enter this private master suite through the garage. Off of the upstairs living room is a hallway which leads you to a bathroom with a shower/tub on the left, a queen bedroom on the right, a king bedroom on the right and then a second master bedroom on the left with a king bed, TV, DirecTV service, and a private bathroom with shower. Off of the upstairs living room is the open kitchen and dining seating for 12. The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new sink. Continue through the kitchen and walk down the stairs to the lower level. You will enter the billiards room with a large pool table. On the right are three bedrooms with queen beds. After you pass the billiards room, there is a large bathroom on the left with a shower. Continue down the hallway and you will enter the great room with a large TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library, wet bar, bar stools, shuffleboard table, large cozy fireplace and I provide the wood. Pass this room and you will enter the sunroom. There is a ping pong table, couches and great views. To the right is a large bedroom with 3 full beds. There is a sliding glass door that leads outside to the hot tub. This hot tub was recently purchased and has lots of jets. Around the corner from the hot tub is the wood room. The driveway can fit 4 cars and 2 cars can fit in the garage. In the garage is a storage room for skis, boards, poles, boots, etc. Snow Removal I have a company that plows the driveway when there is more than 5 inches of snow. Description:If you love the sea, you could hardly do better than this apartment in a Sorrento villa. Great for a family getaway, this vacation villa apartment in Italy has three bedrooms, two baths, and a shared swimming pool right on the water. The panoramic terrace is great for dining together or just enjoying endless views. And let's not forget the location! This apartment on the Sorrento Peninsula offers trails throughout the countryside, proximity to Sorrento, and easy access to all of the amazing spots in the area: Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii, and Capri. n nThis villa is one of very few in the area with both private sea frontage and a seawater swimming pool. The villa is built on four levels, with the Attico apartment on Levels 3 and 4. Levels one, two, and four open onto ample terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, while level three opens onto balconies with uninterrupted views of Naples, including the island of Capri, Procida, and Ischia. Mount Vesuvius looms in the background. A separate garden area, shared between the units, hosts a pizza oven with a wood stove and barbecue-- where staff, on request, can arrange handmade pizza parties. The shared swimming pool (10m x 6m, 1.5-3.5m deep) is set in a terrace just above the sea, ideal for sunset cocktail parties, while the sea access is about 100 steps down from the main entrance. Please be aware that the pool terraces are directly above the sea and unfenced, which means that children (and drinking adults!) need supervision at all times. Back in the corridor, there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub with fixed showerhead. n nThis villa is located about 1.5 km from the center of Massa Lubrense, a quaint town just a few kilometers outside of Sorrento, on one of the most beautiful coastlines of Italy. The area offers beautiful landscape with more than 100 km of trails throughout the countryside, along with some of the best cuisine in the country! It is only 3 miles away from the Island of Capri and within reach of all of the major towns of the Amalfi Coast. Going into the heart of Sorrento, you'll find yourself in a thriving seaside community, filled with life, good food, and great shopping. Sorrento is famous for two things you can't miss: Limoncello (an alcoholic aperitif) and inlaid wood. The workshops of Sorrento were the first to use the technique of arranging small pieces of wood into intricate patterns, a practice which has been refined and perfected through generations. Take the time to find and visit one of the workshops-- you won't regret it! There are also a couple of places you ought not to miss. The first is the 10th century Basilica di San Antonio. Saint Anthony is the patron of navigators, and sailors have made thousands of votive offerings at his tomb in the crypt. Further details indoors: This 4-bedroom, 2- bathroom whitewashed cortijo can comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 144m2 . It is an enticing mix of the traditional and the modern, with terra cotta tiles on the floors, slate terraces all around and underfloor solar/gas heating. Every effort has been made to render the house ecologically friendly, using double glazing and double walls with insulation to keep out the heat in summer and lock it in during the winter. We even placed the windows in accordance with the angle of the sun rays to allow more light in in winter and less in summer. The master bedroom has a large double bed whereas the other double rooms have a wrought iron double bed and twin beds which can be easily converted into a king size bed. The small 4th bedroom contains a bunk bed /sofa combination which can sleep three people or remain set up as a sofa and a single bunk. All rooms have built in wardrobes, We provide sheets, pillows, pillowcases, duvets, duvet covers as well as cotton blankets for the hot summer nights. Two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower, make life comfortable even when El Cazador is home to a large family. Towels of various sizes, plus shower curtains and bath mats are all provided. The kitchen is large, spacious and open-planned, and connects to the main living/dining area. It is modern and equipped to a high standard with all the facilities you may need. The main living/dining area is large with a family-sized dining table at one end (conveniently next to the kitchen), seating six people. A sofa and three armchairs can be found at the opposite end, along with a wood-burning Franklin stove to guard you against the occasional desert night chill during the winter months. There is also a television in the living area, complete with satellite TV, DVD player and a large collection of films, comedies and other DVDs for you to watch. We have satellite Internet.
