The famous ‘Bergmannkiez’ (the fashionable area of Kreuzberg) is a mere 10-15 minutes trip by Underground on the U6 or by bicycle. The S-Bahn Südkreuz, which is also one of the main railways terminals, is three bus stops away. There is easy access to both Berlin Tegel and Berlin Schoenefeld airports. In the immediate location of the apartment you will find numerous shopping possibilities, from organic food stores to discounters a large department store is directly opposite of the park. Description:The former 'Blackgang Mission Hall' built in 1895 and only ever used as a mission meeting hall until we bought it in 2007. It has an interesting history and a unique atmosphere. The Mission is situated on Blythe Shute, just outside the village of Chale on the South coast of the island. Being in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' the mission is steps away from stunning coastal scenery and 'in the loop' for some great coastal walking ... or just a walk to the pub! Externally the building has been re-clad and repainted using original materials and paint colors. There is a private car park for 2 cars. Internally much of the original interior remains untouched. We have created a mostly open-plan 'building-within-a-building' inside the main body of the hall. This gives 2 double mezzanine bedrooms floating in the roof-space and underneath a large open sitting area with masses of seating and a gorgeous woodburning stove. Also in the main hall is a luxuriously large bathroom with a sunken bath ...sunken into what was the baptismal font. At the back of the main hall is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is a restored beautiful 1950's English Rose model and kind of looks like it has always been there. Fridge-freezer, gas cooker, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the usual kitchenalia. Leading from the kitchen is the 'Sunday School' wing - 2 further bedrooms (1 with bunk beds, one with 2 single or 1 double bed)and a second bathroom with a lovely shower. Snow shoeing trails, walking paths, parks and a host of fun activities nearby. Check in anytime after 4 p.m. I don't mind late arrivals. Plenty of off street parking. You're five minutes to Lake Champlain, 20 to downtown Burlington. Next door to Mt. Philo, the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms and the Shelburne Village with it's quaint shops and restaurants. The per day rate for the entire church is $165.00 for two persons plus a $30 total cleaning deposit. The rate for four persons is $180 plus a $50 total cleaning deposit. There is a two day minimum stay for booking the entire church ( I might make an exception) With the entire church rental you get two bedrooms that can sleep two couples. The guest room is very small but cozy with a double bed. The guest room uses the half bath on the lower level and would share the upstairs shower/tub of the master bedroom. Massage therapy. I'm a CMT ( certified massage therapist) of 11 years. I have a heated massage room here for my Airbnb guests and do not see other clients while I have Airbnb guests. I do swedish style massage with includes your face, scalp and feet. Your massage includes hot steamed towels on your back along with aroma therapy & hot stones. Description:Cortijo La Suerte is situated on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada on a fifteen minutes walk from the village Pitres and a twenty minutes walk from the village Mecina. It is a typical house in 'the campo' where nature lovers can enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, central heating in the living room and floor heating in the two main bedrooms are small luxuries that add to the rural living style. So don't expect a luxurious holiday mansion but enjoy the advantages of the quiet countryside, where you can be completely on your own. The house has been built ten years ago and recently an extra floor and an annex have been added. With three double bedrooms it sleeps six persons. Because of the hilly area and the swimming pool, the house seems less appropriate for children under six years old. On the upper floor, the spacious main bedroom has a double bed, washstand, picture windows and doors opening to a large terrace with stunning mountains views. The second bedroom has two single beds and the new bathroom next door, with washstand, bath and toilet. The bedrooms have floor heating for the cold times. Downstairs, a second bathroom has another toilet, a wash basin and an unusual semi-circular shower. While showering one can admire the view over the mountains and the village of Mecina. The living room has central heating and a cosy wood stove and an open kitchen with hot and cold water, a fridge/freezer, and a kitchen cooker with an oven. The dining area has a table for eight persons, and the inventory is sufficient for such a group. The terrace on the main floor is covered and is the perfect place to stay on a hot summers day. From this terrace one has also wonderful views over the valley and the mountains. The Jacuzzi room enters into this terrace. A little separate apartment is situated next to the swimming pool with a nice hidden terrace between fruit trees and with beautiful views.
