Description:This semi detached cottage is situated on the edge of an eight acre smallholding and offers comfortable accommodation for up to ten people. This property is in the charming village of Broome and offers comfortable accommodation for up to ten people. The accommodation is arranged on two floors. The dining kitchen is well fitted and equipped, with a Rayburn cooker at its heart as well as an additional electric oven. The cosy and welcoming lounge is comfortably furnished with a wood burning stove and access to a small but bright sun room. There is a first floor family bedroom with double bed, two single beds and en-suite, and a ground floor family bedroom with double bed, single bed and a w.c with twin wash basins. There are a further two ground floor bedrooms - one king-size room and one twin room, both with basin. A ground floor bathroom has the convenience of a bath and a separate shower cubicle. This charming property makes a great base for seeing this delightful region. n nAmenities: Full oil central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room and oil-fired Rayburn cooker (switched on from 1st Oct to end April).
