There is a large fireplace in the downstairs living room and a wood burning stove in the upstairs living room. I provide wood for the guests too. Even though this home has a cabiny feel, it has all the amenities you need in a vacation home along with many upgrades. When I go up to Tahoe with my friends and family, I usually choose this home since it has so many bedrooms and lots of games and amenities. Bedrooms

Handicap Access This home is fairly accessible for those with limited mobility since there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The main entrance has 2 steps to enter the home. Once you are on the main level, there is a living room, TV, kitchen, dining area, BBQ, and 55 foot deck with amazing views. Layout You walk in the front door and straight ahead is the large living room with lots of comfy couches, table seating for 6 and a TV with DirecTV, DVD player. Next to the TV is a wood burning stove and we provide the wood. It is very rare to find homes in Tahoe with real wood burning stoves and fireplaces since a rule came out over 6 years ago that fireplaces must be removed when a home is sold. I bought this house before that rule so I am able to keep the wood stove and fireplace. There are large double paned windows facing the mountain and meadows in this room. The sliding glass door leads you out to the large 55 foot deck with picnic table seating for 18 and a high quality BBQ. The views of the mountains and meadow are amazing and you can see coyotes, birds, chipmunks and sometimes a beaver running around. On the right side of the deck is a door that leads into the master suite with a queen bed, seating, and ensuite bathroom. You can also enter this private master suite through the garage. Off of the upstairs living room is a hallway which leads you to a bathroom with a shower/tub on the left, a queen bedroom on the right, a king bedroom on the right and then a second master bedroom on the left with a king bed, TV, DirecTV service, and a private bathroom with shower. Off of the upstairs living room is the open kitchen and dining seating for 12. The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new sink. Continue through the kitchen and walk down the stairs to the lower level. You will enter the billiards room with a large pool table. On the right are three bedrooms with queen beds. After you pass the billiards room, there is a large bathroom on the left with a shower. Continue down the hallway and you will enter the great room with a large TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library, wet bar, bar stools, shuffleboard table, large cozy fireplace and I provide the wood. Pass this room and you will enter the sunroom. There is a ping pong table, couches and great views. To the right is a large bedroom with 3 full beds. There is a sliding glass door that leads outside to the hot tub. This hot tub was recently purchased and has lots of jets. Around the corner from the hot tub is the wood room. The driveway can fit 4 cars and 2 cars can fit in the garage. In the garage is a storage room for skis, boards, poles, boots, etc. Snow Removal I have a company that plows the driveway when there is more than 5 inches of snow. Remember to bring chains when traveling in the Sierras and bring extra food and water in your car.... more info >>

But also Zichovec will not bore you There is a Jacuzzi and a small gym, a bar with pool table, table tennis, Wii on the big screen, karaoke, darts. A spacious garden, fire pit. The Villetta has beautiful handmade chestnut windows and doors, terracotta window sills, paved floors and a charming character that has been well preserved. The Villetta also has a wood fired stove, a spacious living area with comfortable leather sofas, a handmade luxury kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher and stunning, almost panoramic views of the area. The bedrooms have one king sized bed and 2 large singles and both have suite bathrooms with large showers. The lovely private terrace overlooks the hillside to the south and has a gas BBQ, table, chairs and wooden pergola. It is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. If required, the Villetta can be adapted to sleep 6, there is a sofa bed in the lounge. We are open nearly all year round at Pian Di Cascina. This makes Bozel an ideal base for triathlon training, having access to open water swimming, numerous running routes and both road and off-road cycling. Renovated to a high standard, the chalet has 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 with en-suite and 2 twins( though the second twin comprises a single bed and a double bed at mezzanine level which would easily accommodate 3 children if required). The spacious downstairs has an open plan feel with a new kitchen with large table and comfortable seating for 8-9 in the lounge which benefits from a roaring wood burner (wood provided). A large decked terrace is reached through the glass sliding doors from where stunning panoramic views of Courchevel and the surrounding Alps (including the Grand Bec) can be enjoyed. There is a TV room (UK freeview channels only DVD, French channels available on separate TV DVD in lounge) in the basement area plus a ski boot warmer and ample space for skis, boots etc. There is a table tennis table available for use in the integrated garage. Further details outdoors: Apart from the large garage there is ample space outside for 2 cars. There is a small, natural (i.e. not manicured!) garden to the rear of the chalet. The front door is reached via steps to the side of the house so wheelchair access would be challenging. There is also access to the property via the garage (the chalet is built on a a slope with the garage, TV room, shower room and boot warmer in the basement) though there is also access to the house via the garage from the road. The bunks are equipped with quality mattresses and are suitable for adult use. There is one large bathroom on the top floor with full size bath and shower. The middle floor has a large open plan living area, dinning table for 8, well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area with wood burning stove. The ground floor/ basement. There is an additional shower room with WC on this floor. There is also a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the basement. This floor includes a boot changing area, large single garage with table tennis table, games room with a bar football table, boiler drying room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is masses of hot water and the heating is very efficient. There are 2 large south facing balconies and a large patio area. The views are stunning and we have a 1300sq metre garden . Additional information about rental rates 20% deposit required with booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to rental start date. Bank transfers should be made in Swiss Francs or British pound equivalent. Additionally a £500 deposit is required against losses, breakages, damages or additional cleaning. Subject to deductions, this will be returned within 10 days of the final day of the rental period.Rental payments are non-refundable, so holiday insurance is recommended. The rental period is for 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Keys will be available from 1600 hrs on the start date and the property must be vacated by 1030 hrs on departure day. The crows nest TV lounge area has spectacular views & has a radio/CD player with MP3 reader (guests to bring own CDs), 19-inch LG LCD Flatscreen TV with free to view UK Satellite TV, puzzles, chess set, domino set & playing cards. It is furnished with a leather sofa and leather footstool, terracotta flooring & also has the original cane ceiling with wooden beams. The walls are also white washed. The rustic kitchen/dining area has the original bread oven dating back to the 19th century & stone sink from the Quinta. The kitchen comprises of fridge/freezer, combi microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, hand held blender & 4 ring gas hob. The kitchen/dining area also has the cane ceiling with wooden beams & has the typical Algarvian décor of white washed walls. From the dining area there are doors leading on to a completely private terrace with brick built BBQ, table & chairs & reclining chairs. There is also a wood burning stove for the cooler winter evenings making the cottage very cosy. 24/7 heating is provided in this accommodation during the winter months at no extra charge. The Casa Do Forno Cottage has its own garden with a further rustic seating area & is surrounded by an abundance of beautiful flowers & shrubs. There is also a very private sun lounging area. Here in the secluded garden you will experience some of the most breathtaking sunsets that the Algarve has to offer. The Casa Do Forno Cottage sleeps a maximum of 2 adults only. Outside accommodations and grounds are blessed with panoramic sea views and spectacular countryside views, just what you need for a tranquil & relaxing holiday. The gardens are simply marvellous, seeing is believing, with many bushes, plants & fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax & absorb the views. There is a large pool area, measuring 10 x 5 m with sun loungers, parasols etc provided for the use of the guests. There is also located on the pool terrace a hot tub spa Jacuzzi for guest use. The pool is heated during the cooler months from 1st October until 30th April & there is no additional charge for heating the pool.
