Description:In the summer the swallows have the good sense to visit Capestang and the area to rear their families and they are often evident performing their aerobatic displays against the back drop of an azure sky, hence l'Hirondelle, French for Swallow. Similarly we hope that you will see the advantages of bringing your family to our house in Capestang for a summer break, though it does not have to rest there since we are well equipped to stay warm and comfortable in the coldest of weathers which is fairly rare in this part of the world and take all year round bookings. This is a mostly stone built house with 3 fairly spacious double bedrooms, two twin bedded and one double. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, then there is the main bathroom which has tub as well as a shower. Veluxe windows in the roof allow extra light giving an airy feel. The beams are exposed on the first floor adding ambience. On the ground floor there is a generously proportioned open plan lounge/diner with the benefit of terrestrial and satellite television, a fair sized fully equipped kitchen with a secondary area for laundry. There is also a downstairs washroom with W/C and a garage sufficient to accommodate most medium to large cars. To the rear there is spacious patio area with garden furniture, a traditional style French BBQ and beyond this a garden with a spar pool (this will be switched off and drained during the winter months - Oct to May). All the main rooms can be heated or cooled by means of an air to air heat pump, which acts both as a heater or cooler providing air conditioning. Solar panels on the roof provided lashings of hot water and in the winter for extra comfort there is a wood burning stove. We also have the benefit of a wi fi internet connection.... more info >>
