Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! My neighbors are cool, but they do enjoy sleeping), and adorable. Most importantly, the location is amazing especially in a town that is so hard to park your car in!... more info >>

It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise. The other garden patio is fully lavished with greenery and a koi pond. If you're the physical type, there is a gym (free) for your use in the basement of the building as well as a laundry room (coin operated), vending machines and ATM as well. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, top of the line stainless cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware and a full private bathroom. The Building and Neighborhood: This building complex has 125 units, mostly 2 bedrooms, but this is a special 3 BR Duplex with outdoor patios! This neighborhood is very lively after the sun goes down. The East Village has been heavily built up over the last 5 years and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius. Enjoy a beautiful park (Tompkins Square) at the end of the block and an East River waterfront park about 4 streets/blocks to the east. For additional fees, I can act as chauffeur to pick-up/drop off @ airport (depending on my work schedule/arrival time), take you to attractions in NYC, on Long Island, Catskills, Hamptons, etc.. I can be your personal tour guide to all the tourist attractions, as well as to the cool, not-in-the-guide-books places for nightlife or dinner. Description:A note about my reviews: As of November 2011 a new water boiler and shower have been installed. There are now two aircon units for both heating and cooling. Hidden paradise in between the beautiful Catalan Music Palace and the Market Santa Caterina within an easy walk to all the great tourist attractions and transport. You are privately renting anentire apartment in the heart of the Old Town Barcelona. Secure ground floor space so no carrying your suitcase up thin winding stairwells... Small outdoor patio for smoking or a coffee. A renovated loft space on the ground floor with its own Roman arch. There are 3 beds and 1 bathroom (and a separate 2nd toilet) so more than comfortable for 4 with room for 6 when at a stretch. Exposed brick walls with modern kitchen and bath facilities. I´m happy for you to check in early or check out late if there are not other guests before or afterwards, otherwise check in is after 16:00 and check out before 10:00 to allow plenty of time for the flat to be professionally cleaned. You can always store your bags at my office where you will also pick up the keys. GoCar is less than 100m from the apartment. GoCar Tours Barcelona, Carrer Freixures 23. Open from 10:00 - 19:00 every day and from 9:00 - 21:00 from April - October. Public transport is available within 100m - metro L4 & L1 at Plaza Urquinaona although you will probably just walk everywhere. Walk 5 mins to Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalyuna and Ramblas.
