Description:This new 10 unit apartment complex is the only one of its kind in Granada. With a large pool, 3rd floor observation deck with BYOB bar and BBQ area this is perfect for entertaining or just visiting with the other residents. Each unit has air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water, refrigerator, stove, full size bed and futon and all cooking utensils. Also included are dishes, glassware and silverware. All you need is your own sheets and towels. The apartments include 24 hour security guards, free Wi-Fi as well as a direct connect secure inernet, free VoIP phone to the USA and 17 foreign countries. Housekeeping is also included and all staff have extensive experience as well as criminal records and background checks. Each person also has a health certificate. The apartments are situated about four blocks from the two largest supermarkets and four blocks from downtown and the entertainment district. The common area has a large kitchen for those special dinners for large groups. The kitchen area is serviced by our own staff so when you are finished with your event you leave all the clean up to us. No washing dishes or putting things away which gives you more time with your guests. There is also an overflow guest room for those who have several friends visiting and there is not enough beds in your apartment.
