The dinning table has easy seating for up to 6 people and additional bar chairs located at the bar. Enjoy your beach vacation and watch your TV shows by using the TVs inside the unit with an onsite DVD kiosk filled with the most newly released DVDs and DVD players are located in the unit. Linens and towels are beneficially placed inside the unit. Enjoy the gulf front view while doing laundry by using the in-unit washer/dryer. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.
