Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise. The other garden patio is fully lavished with greenery and a koi pond. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius. Description:Hello, I have a private 2 bedroom apartment for rent in the Sunny Mission District. I also rent just the master bedroom or a private 1 bedroom apartment which you can see by clicking on my picture and scrolling down that page. The apartment has one master bedroom, a second bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, the big outdoor patio, and a huge roof deck which has gorgeous views day or night. The living room has a LCD projector and a large 6' x 6' movie screen which rolls down and back up when not in use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including crushed marble countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, disposal, juicer, and even a cute built-in wine rack. It has everything one might need to bake or make a gourmet meal. The bath is finished in marble, has a pedestal sink, a deluge showerhead, and a marble bench in the shower in case you feel like a steam bath. The master bedroom is big and has a queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet, bookcase, bureau, and bedside tables. It has a big sliding glass door that opens onto a 15ft x 20ft garden patio with BBQ and fire-pit. The second bedroom has a large window which faces a small green area, queen size bed, and a custom-made mini armoire/closet that locks for security. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from either the 101 or 280 freeway and a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, a hardware store, fruit market, post office, UPS, CPMC/St. Luke's Hospital, museums, galleries, places for kids, all kinds of restaurants, a swimming pool, banks, clubs, underground places, a movie theater, fun dives, bookstores, parks, clothing stores, thrift shops, and the library. In other words, everything is very close and convenient. MUNI / Public transportation is half a block away on Mission Street or Valencia, BART is 5 blocks away, and the J Church street car is 2 blocks away. Downtown can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by public transportation. If you park west of my apartment you only have to move your car once a week for street cleaning the rest is 2 hour parking or metered. There is also a big roof deck for everyone to use with BBQ, weights, a weight bench, and of course, incredible views. I'm about a 30 minute walk to San Francisco General Hospital or a 10 minute bike ride and UCSF has free shuttles that go to all their other sites. That is the closest shuttle pickup just in case you're coming to SF for a fellowship or internship. 's closest shuttle pickup is only three blocks away in case you're here to work there either for an internship or permanently, or if you want to use that service to get down the peninsula, (for example, I believe they have a stop at Stanford/Palo Alto). If your group consists of 6 or more people, why stay in a small apartment with insufficient showers, toilets and rooms? for just a bit more this apartment offers you 5 bedrooms, three toilets and two showers to make your stay comfortable and pleasant!! It is an 6 min walk to Pl. Universitat (red metro line running north-south), 7 min to Passeig de Gracia, the upscale shopping artery of the city (yellow and green metro lines running east-west) or Hospital Clinic (blue metro line) metro stations. Many buses stop 1-2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is 110 m2 plus 40 m2 for the patio (1185 sq ft 430 sq ft), with very high ceilings with original plaster crown molding (two of them polychrome), and beautiful floors with original hydraulic tiles. It has been just restored, faithfully following the original floor plan and style, but with an up to date reinterpretation. The apartment has a modest size living room, a large dining room, a total of 5 bedrooms (two of the bedrooms face the street and have some traffic noise, the other three bedrooms are to the inside and quiet), all with plenty of closet space. This makes a total of three double beds and three twin beds. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. It is not a modern one but has all you might need to cook plus dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and large refrigerator. There are two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and one half bathroom. There is a washer and a dryer, 2 TVs (in each of two of the rooms) and WiFi. And the most amazing and unique, you can use the large patio to chill out in the evenings or have memorable dinners. I provide with blankets and there are space heaters, so even if it´s a bit chilly you can sit outside under the canopy. The building has elevator and intercom. We provide you with clean linens, towels, table cloths, ironing equipment, slippers, 3 hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion and assorted toiletries.
