The nearest blue flag beaches of Grottammare, San Benedetto and Pedaso are 25 minutes away and the National Park which is popular with walkers and mountain bikers is 35 minutes inland. The village has a stunning cathedral that was built in the 15th century on the instruction of Pope Sisto V who lived in the village. The ceiling of the cathedral is a replica of parts of the sistine chapel in Rome (without the queues)! With a population of about 2500 the village is well serviced with a number of shops, restaurants, local bars, a post office, newsagent, grocer, butcher, bank etc. Not much English is spoken in this region but you'll find this is half the fun of being here and lots of arm waving and pointing with the odd word goes a very long way. Description:Great 1 bedroom flat with brilliant transport links on Trafalgar Road in Greenwich available for a swap for the 2012 Olympics! This is a swap my place for yours, so no money would be involved. I'm looking for Amsterdam ideally, but am open to offers from all over! 1 large bedroom with double bed, get lots of natural light and has a good view of the park. Living room has a large 5 seater sofa with 32inch LCD tv, DVD player, and Virgin media player. Kitchen is fitted with gas double oven cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine with a view of Canary Wharf. Bathroom is self contained (so no sharing) with bath and shower. There is also free fiber optic wifi available. Local Area The park is roughly 2 minutes away, central Greenwich is about 10 and the river is 5 minutes away. Central Greenwich and the Park is well known as a popular destination for tourists so there is loads to do here including Museum's, historical sites, markets, pubs and restaurants. There is also Tesco, Boots and Co-op very close by should you need anything. Transport You've basicly got every conceivable form of transport available to get you in and out of the games quickly. Overground trains, DLR, Underground, Thames Clippers and buses are all very close by making it very easy to get into and out of central London. Nearest overground is Maze Hill, DLR Cutty Sark, Underground North Greenwich and quite a few buses which will take you from North Greenwich all the way to Russel Square in central London. Description:The Margaretha is a fantastic 23 Meter Motor yacht laying in the beautiful forum harbour in Barcelona. There are various spacious decks that provide lots of space for sunbathing and drinking cocktails. Its like being on a quiet island in the middle of a vibrant city. Outside we created a fantastic kitchen with a perfect grill for shrimps etc, connected to a big lounge area. With 100sqm interior area, you have all the comfort that you have in a house yet you are on a yacht in the center of Barcelona. Inside you find 2 spacious lounges with a great music system and television and DVD. You will find a well equipped kitchen here as well. There is a comfortable bathroom with toilet and hot shower, also 3 more clean toilets and showers in the harborbuilding at only 50 meters from the boat. Parking space available, but we would advice to discover Barcelona by bicycle, a safe and easy way thanks to the extended net of cycle tracks. Private harbour police 24 hrs a day. Outside lounge aft deck. Outside, we provide 2 large lounge areas with sofas, a dinning table for 8 and an outside kitchen with gas cooker, grill, fridge and hob. An additional tanning deck (bimini) is located at the front.
