It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise. The other garden patio is fully lavished with greenery and a koi pond. If you're the physical type, there is a gym (free) for your use in the basement of the building as well as a laundry room (coin operated), vending machines and ATM as well. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, top of the line stainless cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware and a full private bathroom. The Building and Neighborhood: This building complex has 125 units, mostly 2 bedrooms, but this is a special 3 BR Duplex with outdoor patios! This neighborhood is very lively after the sun goes down. The East Village has been heavily built up over the last 5 years and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius. Enjoy a beautiful park (Tompkins Square) at the end of the block and an East River waterfront park about 4 streets/blocks to the east. For additional fees, I can act as chauffeur to pick-up/drop off @ airport (depending on my work schedule/arrival time), take you to attractions in NYC, on Long Island, Catskills, Hamptons, etc.. You may come and go as you please at any hour of the day or night without the fear of disturbing us, as you have your own entrance and do not go through the main house at all. Enjoy this fabulous super sunny master bedroom studio, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on huge fenced tiled patio with fruit trees and gardens. I am most welcoming, yet unobtrusive, so that you will find this to be a comfortable oasis. Of course, I am close by for any questions, advice, requests or needs. You will enter through a front gate,walk down the adobe paver path lit with motion-sensor spots, through the heirloom roses, which are highly scented when in bloom. No need to go through the main house, as the studio is completely separate from the rest of the main house, (although attached by one wall.) Super-private and very quiet, except for the birds, yet centrally located five minutes to downtown Monterey, Laguna Seca Raceway or CSUMB and ten minutes to Monterey Bay Aquarium. There is a 24-hour Safeway and Walgreens just 2 minutes away, in case you have any midnight cravings! Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are 10 minutes away, We are located in a wonderful little sun belt, perched high upon a hilltop with a nice view of Monterey Bay in a very quiet neighborhood, so typically we are above any fog – especially during the summer season when the rest of the Monterey Peninsula could be socked-in! We are at the top of a street which ends in a culdesac so there is not a lot of through traffic and super-easy street parking. Freshly painted in a soothing palette and tastefully furnished, the studio is comprised of large sunny master bedroom with hardwood floors and your own private updated Travertine marble bathroom (shower - no tub) supplied with fluffy towels, hairdryer and high-quality toiletries. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of patio, creating a sunny and bright ambiance. A closet with excellent storage, dimmer switch for the overhead chandelier, a writing table and small flatscreen TV with remote control plus wi-fi make your stay complete. You'll find award-winning, locally made organic fair-trade chocolates by your bedside. Description:It's a fully equipped apartment, 75m2, in our house with a separate entrance. There's a big living room, a big kitchen and one large bedroom plus a bathroom. It's part of our very spacious 250-year-old house which has been entirely remodeled. There's a fire place with an insert plus an electric radiator if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator (the small one which appears in the photo has since been replaced) with freezer, gas burners, a microwave oven, and a washing machine. It's situated in the middle of the forest, but there is a small town just a few miles away with basic shopping facilities (bakeries,a small supermarket, a grocery store, 2 pharmacies, banks, press agent, etc.). We're about an hour and a quarter's drive from the Atlantic coast and its many beaches, an hour and a quarter from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Mont de Marsan (whose population is about 35,000). We could accomodate 3 or 4 people--a couple with one or two children, for example (there's a double bed in the bedroom and the possibility to sleep 2 children in the living room). Angela and Dionysis, on the ruins of the old farmhouses of the property, created houses with respect to their architectural tradition, care to detail, each one with its own unique story. What you will find here is seclusion, quietness, and contact with nature and lovely sandy beaches with crystal clear shallow waters, ideal for children. Also opportunities for activities. The bio farm is in the bounds of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, created for the protection of the loggerhead sea turtle and has already enforced rules of rural development. Finally you can test the agricultural products of the farm, finding a list of the available products in each house. In the olive grove, two storey house is a two storey house of 85m2. It is a typical example of a two storey country house of the island, existing in the past Century. On the ground floor it has two air conditioned bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedded), bathroom W.C, and the staircase that leads to the first floor.
