The rental apt at one extreme of the flat. 2 (purple). A long common entrance corridor that separate both parts. 3 (orange). My studio workplace at the opossite extreme. I live in the upper part of the city but normally each day i go to the studio to work. The flat its really spacious and light-filled with high ceilings and windows. All the photos are recent (Sept Nov 2011 and Jan 2012) and I like to update them to reflect the current season and changes in furniture, objects and plants....it's not a frozen scenario. -Calm The apt is very quiet with large courtyard windows and terrace. Having your place located in this kind of courtyard is NOT irrelevant. At the center you must be prepared to have your neighbor just at 3-4 meters in front of your window and to have a lot of noise at night from the street. ********** -Singularities: 01. I am close to major freeways and cross streets that can get you anywhere you need to go. For those who don’t wish to drive in LA, I am walking distance to Olympic Boulevard which is serviced by major bus lines going east and west. What is the guest house like? The guest house is a large, entirely renovated studio style apartment located on the second floor with its own outdoor patio overlooking a large flowering garden. It is completely detached from the main house ensuring total privacy and is located down a gated driveway with its own private and secure entry. The terrace faces south and is covered in flowering jasmine and bougainvillea and is perfect for an early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars. What is inside the guest house? Pleased you asked! There’s….. • a gorgeous and comfortable Queen sized bed with fresh linens. Description:We are a young German couple living together in this quiet and well-located apartment in the 6th district just next to the main shopping street. We rent it entirely though when we are not in Vienna. The Westbahnhof (main station west) and two subways are just around the corner, so you can arrive everywhere in Vienna in less than 30 minutes. Most of the sights are even in walking distance. We like to welcome easy-going guests who are looking for a short stay in a cosy and clean apartment. We hosted a lot of family and friends and helped them all to make the best of their time in Vienna. The apartment can be rented either entirely (when we`re not at home) or just one single room.
