This is also the level where the ski-in/out access room is located, just on the west side of the garage. From the garage there is a large mud room with shoe and coat racks and a boot dryer system. After the mud room you will enter into the game room on the bottom floor. This room has a pool table, large sitting area with a gas fireplace, projection screen to watch TV or movies, wet bar and popcorn machine. Off of the game room is a separate laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Further along the hallway there is a bedroom with 4 sets of bunk beds (8 twin beds), flat screen TV and an XBox. Attached to this bedroom are 2 separate bathrooms, each with a 3-person sink, WC and shower. There are also 2 walk-in closets - one on each side of the bathrooms. To the left of the bunk room there is another bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and regular sized closet. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, WC and shower.From this level you can take either the elevator or stairs to the main floor. The main floor has a kitchen with both north and south facing decks with a fire pit and BBQ grill. There is a large dining table with seating for 12 guests. The kitchen is the ultimate in luxury appliances with a Viking gas range, AGA stove and sub-zero fridge and freezer. There is also a Miele espresso machine, 2 flat screen TVs and a dining nook for 6, along with 6 bar stools. Description:I have a beautiful home with 2 full floors in Harlem. The house includes the ground floor with a beautiful and peaceful back yard, there are two full size bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor, one of which I rent out on a nightly basis to responsible, mature adults, who’d like an incredibly gorgeous and unique place to stay while visiting Manhattan, but think that paying $350 a night for a so-so hotel is insane. I don’t discriminate – I don’t care what you look like – but I do expect you would be pleasant, easy going, and clean. You should know I am a gay professional man, 36 years old. Not that that has any bearing on your stay in my home, but I would have to ask someone to leave for being a bigot. If you’re comfortable with that, then please do get in touch. Your stay includes an air-conditioned/heated private room, with private bath, fresh (and super soft) Ralph Lauren towels, optional private entrance, and access to an in-unit washer/dryer, flat-screen LCD/LED TVs, board games and DVDs, FREE Wi-Fi, all the cereal you can eat (until I run out), in-room mini-fridge, and in-room coffee/tea service. The bed is a very comfortable real queen sized bed with 800 thread count sheets. I have a gas grill in the backyard and your more than welcome to challenge me to a cook off. Iron Chef grill masters style! My house in only five minutes from the A/C and B/D lines offering express and local trains and three blocks away from the 1 local train. three block away from the 1. I am within walking distance to Yankee Stadium and Columbia University, and you can be in Times Square in 20 minutes by subway. The house is very easy to get to by subway from Grand Central, Penn Station and Port Authority. A cab ride from LaGuardia is relatively inexpensive (about $40), but the bus is even cheaper ($2.25) and drops you two blocks away. P.S. I will be home during your stay. This will be a shared-space situation, but with two floors and a backyard, you will definitely have plenty of space to help make your trip to NYC fun, and inexpensive.
