The room is very beautiful, spacious and clean. Located in Barcelona's bustling Raval district, the apartment is just a few steps from Rambla del Raval. It's a safe and relaxed haven after a busy day in the streets of Catalonia's capital. The room is very bright and fully furnished, there is also use of closet space. We have our own room so you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with us only. You will have your own keys and 24 hour access to the apartment. Smoking is allowed but on the balconies. A highly stylish 145 m2 Loft style Parisian apartment well located in Paris just 5 mins from Gare Du Nord Paris ( Eurostar, Thalys, ICE ) and 50 mins from both airport (Orly, CDG ) Also very easy to get to Parc des expositions for people to come to paris for the trade show. Two mins walk from the nearest metro station on line 5. It takes 15 mins to central Paris (Chatelet, Hotel de ville, marais, notre dame ) 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. In the neighborhood there is a beautiful parc des buttes chaumont within 5 mins by walking. Renovated from an ancient atelier (workshop) with glass ceiling on the roof top and an open plan kitchen and living room (40 square meters )where you can cook and eat. Also a patio with roof allows you to rest and get more fresh air ! There are 3 bedrooms and one big sofa for one person so totally it could host up to 7 person, superb for family trips and maintain quality living while staying in Paris. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! Description:Faye's Place, affectionately named after our beloved Granny. This contemporary one bedroom, one bath guest house, was fully renovated in 2009. It has an open floor plan with one large bedroom with a queen size bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room with a full sized bed. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower. The fully functional kitchen includes dishware, cooking necessities and a full sized stove with oven, refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine (coffee pods are provided during your stay). That sweet little cabin has been completely remodeled and upgraded with maximum considerations in the nicest vintage way for your personal enjoyment and comfort. Your entry and main bathroom rustic tile floors can be heated (for toasty feet when it's cold outside). Your open kitchen is ready for anything you may want to prepare. You have a brand new flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player, cable, radio, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. A lovely gas fireplace is awaiting your enjoyment creating beautiful ambiance during any activity. There is forced air heating in all rooms at your fingertips. The cabin includes the most unique (gas) barbecue on the open porch that also has an option of a great grill just in case you decide to cook eggs and crispy pancakes in the morning as you inhale our great pine air.
