Entry is through a mezzanine (about 4 sqm with low ceilings) where another bed is located. The room has a window with double paned glass that overlooks the street and a parquet floor. Bathroom 2 This bathroom (approximately 3 sqm) overlooks the living room and has a sink, shower, toilet and bidet. The floor is tiled. The area Marais is a neighborhood in constant evolution and revolution: semi marshland in ancient times, it gradually became an agricultural zone, a religious settlement, and home to many magnificent palaces and squares, afterwards it became known for a progressive decline that led it, in the not so distant past, into poverty. The neighborhood has recently undergone a transformation as it responds to the demands of the well to do who have re discovered it. The apartments have been transformed into little gems of design, witnesses to the past but in step with modern times.
