Description:This is a beautiful traditional house in the heart of the Historical Village of Lindos. Set in a quiet side road, this property offers traditional Lindian living in a contemporary and modern property, renovated with care, consideration and comfort in mind. This is an ideal location to spend a family holiday or group get away. The location offers superb access to the Village of Lindos, local beaches and the property itself is designed with relaxation and modern conveniences in mind. This Lindian House will sleep 8 people comfortably and the layout of the property is as follows, The main living area or “Sala” is a large open space with high beamed ceiling and traditional cobbled floor. The Sala has two raised platformed “banka” beds, one of which is a double size, the other is two single beds which can be used as a daytime seating area. The Sala offers substantial storage areas and traditional decoration. Through the Sala you will enter a small lounge area which has a flat screen TV and Wi Fi, the lounge area has a large sofa which converts in to a double bed. Up stairs from the lounge area you will enter the Master bedroom which can be closed off from the lounge for privacy. The main family bathroom is accessible through the lounge and the bathroom offers a large bath/shower, sink and WC. The Master bedroom has a double bed, storage area and opens on to the upstairs balcony, which offers seating and umbrella and stunning views of the Lindos Acropolis. From the upstairs balcony there are separate steps which lead back down to the main private courtyard, which also offers an additional seating area. From the courtyard you can access the kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker/oven , dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster etc. There is a small WC and basin also accessible from the main courtyard. Midweek clean and linen change included. The villa is in the centre of the Historical village of Lindos with free parking approx. 3 minute walk from the property. The house is surrounded with palms and pine trees, and other beautiful Mediterranean plants and flowers. There is a wonderful sea view from the house. The main beach of Mlini is at only 100m distance, but there are several beautiful beaches surrounded by pine woods, very close to the villa. The house has 2 rooms en suite and 2 apartments. All accommodation units are air conditioned, fully equipped and tastefully decorated, and have a sea view. Each unit has its own entrance, ensuring full privacy for our guests. The studio apartment has a sleeping/dining/kitchen area and double bed in one room, two additional single beds can be added. There is a bathroom and a balcony with the sea view. Description:DREAM LOVER, a Nautical 56 sailboat, is a whole lot more than a room and a meal. It is truly an experience on the water. The salon features comfortable chairs, a dining table with butter yellow suede banquette and lots of French Country print pillows to lounge upon. We have three cabins available: the two forward cabins feature twin bunks and share a bath for $199 per night each (plus tax). The aft Captain's Cabin features a queen bed with full private bath for $225 per night (plus tax). Up top is a spacious cockpit and wide deck area for relaxing, reading, watching the dolphins and manatees frolic. After settling in, you are invited to join us for some welcome aboard refreshments. Then the evening is yours. There are several excellent restaurants nearby and the beach is a short walk away. In the morning, after a harbor tour in our dinghy, 'Bad Dog', we look forward to whetting your appetite with one of our signature dishes, Teddy's Banana Rum pancakes, a piping hot quiche, deep dish French toast, crispy warm croissants, home baked muffins fresh from the oven, breakfast meats, fresh fruit and coffee or tea. Kay will be up early preparing coffee before sending you on your way to explore the island, its long white sands, its azure sea (perfect for a swim), its many gift shops. Or maybe you'll just curl up on the deck with a good book or watch the pelicans diving off the end of the pier for fish scraps the fisherman have cleaned off their catch. Description:Camps Bay Manor is a simple home which has been elegantly appointed, and exudes the charm of a holiday home from years gone by. Upon entering the house you are transported to the past. The architecture and furnishings all evoke the feeling of a bygone, more relaxed and less time pressured, era. The house has beautiful original wooden floors, and art deco tiling, throughout. The entrance hallway opens into a large open plan area, with a spacious adjoining kitchen. Elegant pillars divide this area into a lounge area and a dining area. The dining area opens on to a beautiful wooden balcony, covered in bougainvillea. This entire open plan area, as well as the balcony, enjoys fantastic sea and mountain views. The house is all built on one level, and there are three bedrooms available. All are classically, and elegantly furnished, and two have fantastic sea views. The only shortcoming of this property is the fact that there is only one bathroom to share between the three bedrooms. The house also enjoys non exclusive use of a large garden and swimming pool. This garden is downstairs from the apartment, and not directly accessible, but it is available for guests use any time.
