This home away from home has tile floors throughout the common areas and bathrooms, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and upgraded electronics throughout. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination while the master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, perfect for getting refreshed after a long day at the beach. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by ResortQuest. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. Description:You will have a wonderful time in Bribie Island our property is the lower half of our house but is totally separate from the top floor. You will have a queen size bed, 2x fold down lounges in the lounge area, and a spare single bed available to you. The area includes a bedroom, dining area, lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and toilet and shared laundry. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is also a t.v., d.v.d., and stereo available for your use. Everything you need is included in the $800.00 price except for phone usage. An in ground saltwater pool is available for your use as well. If you would like your beds made each day during your stay and a general clean up of the rooms then an extra $30.00 fee is to be paid. We are surrounded by beautiful beaches here at Bribie Island with the local beach being only a short walk away. Public transport is available approx 100mtrs from our house.
