This stunning Detached Villa with private pool is located on a small hill which is facing south to the Mediterranean Sea and close to the town of Alanya which is often referred to as the Pearl of the Turkish Riviera. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from Alanya the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The ground floor of the villa has a very spacious living room (with sofa bed suitable for an extra guest) and a separate raised dining area. The traditional style kitchen has been fitted with all electrical appliances and cookware. There is also a downstairs WC and spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Upstairs there is a very large landing space which leads to 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds and a balcony. The large landing has a sofa bed suitable for an adult. The master bedroom has an En suite bathroom and there is also a large family bathroom. From the landing there is another large balcony with furniture so you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the views. Outside on the ground floor there is a spacious pool terrace with sun beds and parasols and private enclosed gardens with stunning sea views and furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The villa is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Creature Comforts: The Villa is fully fitted with all of life’s necessary conveniences which include TV with 40 Satellite Channels including BBC, ITV, CNN and other English & European channels. CD/DVD player, Telephone with free internal calls. Air conditioning with Cold/Hot settings. Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Clothes dryer.
