The master bedroom has a private master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second full bathroom is located close to the second bedroom and bonus room. Other unique features included in the rental unit are spacious granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The dinning table has easy seating for up to 6 people and additional bar chairs located at the bar. Enjoy your beach vacation and watch your TV shows by using the TVs inside the unit with an onsite DVD kiosk filled with the most newly released DVDs and DVD players are located in the unit. Linens and towels are beneficially placed inside the unit. Enjoy the gulf front view while doing laundry by using the in-unit washer/dryer. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by ResortQuest. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied.
