Description:Just outside the charming Idaho town of Sun Valley, nestled in the Wood River Valley, the robust log and stone style of the Rocky Mountain West combines with this European Castle Fantasy to create a family retreat nothing short of enchanting.Described as a mountain castle, this luxury rental vacation home is nearly 17,000 feet surrounded by 13 acres of manicured lawns, lush pasture and lots of mature trees, making it a very private and cozy compound. Without intruding on an individual’s privacy, the house encompasses 11 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, 2 great rooms, multiple gathering/ entertainment areas, 2 separate dining areas, a 700 sq ft commercial grade gym, large steam room, full size elevator service and a large spa.Clusters of two to four bedrooms surround small sitting areas, allowing a few members of the family to get together in intimate settings. Many spaces within the house give you the feeling as if you were in a house within a house. It’s very cozy, yet it can accommodate a large group of people without feeling crowded. To the west, the dining room looks out over a 20’ high stone and iron sculpture. The kitchen and sunroom to the south have fabulous morning sun and views down valley. The Master Suite is accessed from the Great Room to the north…. Lush fabrics, vaulted ceiling and old world plaster fireplace give it a distinctive European flair. The spacious Master Bath features his and her vanities and water closets, a large jetted Kohler soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs, the entertainment area with its enveloping ambiance is decidedly cowboy in style serving 4 bedrooms all opening onto the west patio. The Game Room in the central core, with its’ pool table, shuffle board table and home theater center, offers a fun place to be together and enjoy one another’s company. The adjacent Library offers a great place to read, check up on the daily news or play a hand of cards by a cozy fire. A private Suite above is a perfect little enclave with a sitting room joining 2 bedrooms each with separate baths… one bedroom large enough to accommodate seven comfortably. The central staircase wraps around the cylindrical iron clad elevator core that ascends to the upstairs study…which is decidedly French accented with fine art, carved panel walls and fireplace and ceiling murals depicting bird hunting scenes. Descending into the wine cellar, circular stone walls, winding stairways and iron sconces mimic a medieval dungeon, all part of the adventure. In the north wing, the 4 bedroom Suites upstairs take on a distinctly alpine feeling as does the North Great Room and dining area with its stone and iron fireplace and views of the north valley and Baldy. Below is a commercial grade gym. Its equipment includes a Life Cycle upright bike and recumbent bike, a Precor elliptical exerciser, Olympic style free weights, as well as 21 separate pieces of strength equipment and TV with 2 monitors.Outside, the dramatic Wood River Valley surroundings are awe-inspiring, influencing architectural design that takes full advantage of vistas from every room. The best seats in the house are found nearly 50 feet above the home’s foundation, where ascending from the Great Room the turreted cupola, offers 360-degree views of the surrounding woods and mountains, and a bird’s eye view of fireworks during Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve celebrations.Surrounding the rambling structure are decks, patios and flower gardens connected by wandering stone paths. The beautifully landscaped grounds, that include a waterfalls, 3 ponds, audio feeds from main house system and several stone and iron sculptures, can accommodate large outdoor gatherings… perfect for a romantic wedding or large family get together. The valley’s trail system conveniently runs along the east border of the property, where you can bike in the summer and cross country ski in the winter. The property has a sledding hill, perfect for children of all ages. Description:Ideal for a large family gathering or reunion, this charming beach house for ten can be easily rented in conjunction with its next-door-neighbor-but-one, Baycrest II, and/or the elegant Laguna Mansion one block away. Could these homes be your perfect beach wedding solution? With a brand new heated pool and enviable location (1 block to Roberts Bay, 3 blocks to downtown Venice and only 5 blocks to Venice Beach), there 's plenty to write home about - if you can be bothered. Quite likely, you 'll be too busy hunting sharks ' teeth, spotting dolphins and window shopping in Old Venice. The charms of this locale are many, and reward repeat visits. Old Venice is a distinct town with real character and stands out from all others along the coast. Italian-style architecture dates to the early 1920s and street names pay homage to the town 's influences: stroll down Via Venezia, San Marco and Firenze, for example. Wander along Main Street and browse to your heart 's content in shops, restaurants and little boutiques. Enjoy the best in al fresco dining at charming sidewalk cafes. Along the way, admire huge oaks are draped in Spanish moss. This town is absolutely charming. As is this Baycrest home. A brand new heated pool and surrounding patio are enclosed in a gorgeous screened lanai. Treat yourself to Terrazzo tile floors and many further indulgences. Tropical accents dot the walls throughout the house. Wireless and cable high-speed Internet are added conveniences. New furniture in the living room is of particularly high quality. Large coffee and side tables are great for holding snacks or cooling drinks, and everyone will fight over the leather recliner chairs and matching foot stools. They 're sublime. When you choose to dine at home, the dining room is a further option (in addition to outside patio table and barbecue). Opening directly to the kitchen, it 's an ideal spot in which to plan your day together, catch up on email or enjoy a bite of toast. The home 's three bedrooms include a king bed in the master suite, with two twins and two queens in the guest rooms. Enjoy brand new furniture throughout. Two further guests will sleep comfortably in the sunroom on an oversized sleeper sofa. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have large closets. Of the two bathrooms, one has a bath/shower combo and the other a handsome tiled shower stall. Look out for 'snow birds ' as you walk to the beach. Parrots visit Venice and surrounds during the winter, and are often found nesting in palm trees along the shore. Our Baycrest house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Venice Island near Roberts Bay. Our house is on a small side street at 433 Baycrest Drive and is just 5 blocks to the Venice Beach and 3 blocks to downtown Venice. We just added a beautiful pool and enclosed patio and lanai. Location, Location, Location! The Baycrest House is only a 5 block walk to the Venice Beach and a few minutes more to the Crow 's Nest seafood restaurant where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. If you have a dog, it is a nice walk or short car ride to Venice 's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park. Also, the beach home is about 3 blocks to Venice Avenue and downtown Venice Florida. Here you will find shops, boutiques, cafes and even tennis courts and recreation area. The island is small enough to avoid overcrowding in the summer, but is still buzzes with activity and provides all the amenities that you would want for even a lengthy holiday. Murter island and nearby sites Except taking beautiful walks on the beach, exploring the old town and it’s vibrant galleries, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants, taking a hike on many trails through olive tree gardens, First Class Croatia is advising you to visit the following and whatever you choose, if not all, you will not regret it. NATIONAL PARK KRKA The empire of Krka River, the magnificent karstic beauty traveling two thirds of its way to the sea through canyons. On its green path, it has seven falls, the last one being Skradinski buk with an average flow of 55 cubic meters of water per second. National Park Krka is rich in flora and fauna. 222 bird species live there, making it one of the most valuable ornithological areas in Europe. You can visit it by boat, car or on foot. Make sure you visit the ethno museum on one of the old mills. National Park Krka also has the only hawk training center in Croatia where you can see presentations of hunting with hawks and hawk trainers’ skills. KORNATI ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK is a group of about 130 islands, islets and reefs sprinkled in the deep blue sea of the Adriatic covering an area of about 64 square km. The Kornati have no permanent inhabitants, although the present owners from nearby larger Dalmatian islands periodically visit Kornati to tend their vineyards and olive groves, bringing their sheep to graze. The sea around the islands is rich with fish and a variety of marine life.... The islands have no spring water, only rainwater collected in water holes. The unique feature of the islands lies in their rugged shores with many caves and coves. The landscape of chalk limestone is covered with bushes of rosemary, juniper, lavender, thyme, myrtle and sage. Pathways leading to steep and huge cliffs facing the open sea and others gently decline towards the sea, ending in a small bay with a jetty and one or two fishermen's cottages surrounded by pine, olives and fig trees. There are daily boat trips from Sibenik or Murter to Kornati islands. PAKLENICA NATIONAL PARK is Croatian National park that cover the most attractive parts of southern Velebit, as well as its highest peaks, all located in Lika region. Paklenica is an area of unusual contact between the sea and the mountain, rich in natural forests of beech, black pine and mountain pine. Besides making trips to the National Park, exploring the countryside and seeing what sport opportunities there are is also recommended. As already mentioned there are many water sports you can join here like sailing, water skiing, windsurfing...Nautical center is situated in Šibenik where you can get all detailed information. We must not forget diving around Kornati, since it is a really special event, as is also the rafting on the river Cetina. Rafting on the river Cetina is a special adventure where you can see the karst area by the river and test your adventure spirit. We also suggest visiting the nearby Skradin, renting a bike in a rent-a-bike center and exploring the countryside. For the brave and those who search a true adventure there is bungee jumping from the Sibenik Bridge. All who have tried bungee say they would like to try in once more and maybe this is a good opportunity to do this, for the first or some other time. NEARBY CITIES 1.
