Manicured landscape with lots of treees and fountains with natural looking streams of water throughout. There are large laundry areas, outdoor bar-b-q grills ready to use. Located in Playa Del Rey. It is walking distance to large Grocery stores, Restaurants, Banks and even the best Beaches, Parks and a 18 hole Golf Course. It is a 5 minute drive or a 15 dollar cab ride to LAX. Located a block way from Manchester Boulevard and major bus lines. It also is in the middle of a upscale residential community with tree lined wide open lots and scenic ocean views for safe walking . There are more photos and I am available for more information. I have the chance to move temporarily to Venice Beach for the next 6 months for sure and possibly longer if possible. I am leaving this place with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.. The arrangment could be extended or shortened if necessary. The unit is a sunny 3rd floor converted 1 bedroom. It is less than 50 feet from the elevator and another 50 feet to 2 tandem underground parking spaces. The spacious laundry area with over 30 washers dryers is a few feet further. It has a sunny covered private patio with plants flowers and a small tree and teak chairs and table. An entertainment system with 7 inwall speakers and a Hi-Def 42 inch Plasma TV. There is Italian made furniture from classic and contemporary designers and framed original early 19th Century oil landscape paintings throughout this home. Other unique touches are the 40 gallon Bow Front Aquarium built into one wall and a poured concrete bar counter with insert underlit meteor and blue glass LED Lighting underneath And the stainless steel extra wide countertop with bottom mount double sink. The largest bedroom has a walkin closet and is fully furnished with Berber carpeting. The smaller bedroom area was built into the original 30x14 foot living area. The area The apartment is located in the new area of the city of Sciacca. Really close to supermarkets and winery. The city center is about 200 mt faraway (5 minutes walking) that means that you can easily leave the car in your private parking and visiting downtown just walking. The old harbour is about 300 mt faraway, and the beaches are far about 500 mt. Sciacca is a really safe city. It has 45.000 inhabitants and many Pizzerias and Restaurants with affordable price and high quality food. Fish is the speciality of the place, but also the famous granita or cannoli are sensations that a visitor can't miss. It's a perfect place to go for a family. In summertime there are also many kiosks on the beaches that are open all night long playing music and entertaining people. Attractions Sciacca is an old city where you can still find aspects from the arab and norman period. Many are the ancient building of the city and unique is its main square that gives to all the visitors a breathaking view of the mediterrenean and african sea. Of interest are the arab quartier and the fisherman quartiers that creates a kind of labirinth (casba) of small street and alleys that connect the old harbour to the San Michele quartier.
