The house has 7 double bedrooms and another one with two buck beds - ideally for children, four complete bathrooms (with wc, shower or bathtub, and sinks), full equiped kitchen and a dining room together with the living room. Additionally there is another bedroom, in the patio, with room for 2 people and its own full bathroom (it can be used as a bedroom for the nanny or cleaner). The furniture is comfortable and simple. Big terrace (60m2) and a lovely garden of 2500m2, private swimming pool of 12x5 meters. On the back side there is a patio with a storage room (with a second fridge), and a pantry. Close to the swimmingpool there is a space with a sunshade, a big table and seats, ideal to have lunch/dinner in the garden. Idea for big families, with children, or groups of friends. Pets friendly. The house is located in what is know as Campo de Cartagena. It is surrounded by similar houses where families go for their holidays. It is very close of all services but at the same time is quiet and secluded. The nearest town is 3km far from the house, reachable by car or by bike. It is a typical Summer town, full of visitors (locals and foreigners, mainly Germans and British) and has all services, shops, bars, restaurants and a sparkling night life.ç The nearest golf club (full, with 18 holes) that can be reachable even walking (500m). There are padel-tennis courst nearby that can be rented. The Mar Menor is only 800m away. There is a bus line close by that will take you to the center of the town. The environment is great. The house is only 50 minutes away from Alicante airport, a 10 away from San Javier - Murcia airport. La Manga Club is only 20 away by car, Calblanque Natural Park, Cabo de Palos, La Manga, are only 30 minutes away. Cartagena, beautiful historical city (Roman ruins) is around 15 away by car. The structure has no chutes and elevators, and therefore is not recommended for people with disabilities and people with walking problems. We offer 1800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an artist's studio connected to the house on 3 acres of land. A gazebo, small pond, manicured lawns, cottonwood trees, fire pit, out door kitchen, small waterfall, patio and seating for 12 on an acre of land- with 3 more acres to explore. The living room is huge and open, with a stone fireplace, original artwork, bamboo floors, and an entertainment center. A queen sized futon fits easily in the living room, with two leather couches. You can drive to Santa Fe in only an hour, and to Taos in 2 and a half hours. You will want to see the National and State parks while you are here. White Sands, Ruidoso, Carlsbad Caverns it's home to over 80 species. Oliver Lee Memorial State Park - Outside of Alamogordo in the Sacramento Mountains, the flowing water and abundant plants and animals in Dog Canyon attracted both prehistoric and historic inhabitants to the area. We just finished a complete renovation of the house and fully equipped it with new furniture. Our island vacation rental is surrounded by fruit trees, palms and bright blooming, tropical flowers. The villa comes up with a personal parking lot for 1 car right outside the garden. In front of the residence at walking distance there's a shopping center for the everyday shopping. Although all the facilities described above (private beach and shopping center) are available during the summer season (in the south of Italy from late April to mid-september), the very gentle weather allows a lot of activities, from enjoying a solitary beach to visiting the enchanting burgs around. If you are keen to a gastronomic kind of vacation this is the place to be! You can visit the Burg of Bernalda and enjoy the mediterranean tastes and the excellent wines at a value for money price. Or you could take the chance to try seafood in the small city of Taranto, very famous for its mussels growings. Not to mention the unique Matera with its anciently inhabited rocks. Or maybe you want to turn back time and visit the forsaken burg of Craco, uninhabited further to an earthquake and now brought back to its original state with care from its former citizens. Description:For a choice of three bona fide taverns the small village of Kato Horio at the head of the Dyktynna Gorge is just a 3km drive, whilst a 6km drive will bring you to the village of Malaxa where there are two taverns boasting a little more sophistication and amazing aerial views over Chania town and Souda Bay. For basic necessities, the village of Kontopoula (5km) has a small mini-market, but for stocking up the larder there’s a really good supermarket on the outskirts of Souda that you will pass by on your way from Chania airport. It’s also worth noting that every week day a bread van delivers fresh bread to the village around 7pm. Well off the beaten track as far as tourism goes, the small village of Gerolakos, nestles in the foothills of the White Mountains a mere 13km to the south of Chania, providing a perfect location to enjoy the natural untouched beauty of rural Crete, yet still be within striking distance of Chania and the beautiful beaches of Crete’s north coast. Terraced on the hillside above the solitary road into Gerolakos, the Villa has been home to the owners family for more than 250 years and Nikos its present owner, has patiently spent the past 3 years transforming it into a quirky and comfortable ‘retreat’ retaining all the immense charm and history of the original building, whilst judiciously incorporating all mod cons. THE APARTMENT The building is 30 years old, new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The living room has a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, sofa, extending armchair. The terrace contains a full set of patio furniture for eating outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, dishing machine, coffee machine, ketell, toaster and all silver ware. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the gardens and the main swimming pool. The apartment sleeps 6 Cleaning costs 50 €.
