It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise. The other garden patio is fully lavished with greenery and a koi pond. If you're the physical type, there is a gym (free) for your use in the basement of the building as well as a laundry room (coin operated), vending machines and ATM as well. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, top of the line stainless cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware and a full private bathroom. The Building and Neighborhood: This building complex has 125 units, mostly 2 bedrooms, but this is a special 3 BR Duplex with outdoor patios! This neighborhood is very lively after the sun goes down. The East Village has been heavily built up over the last 5 years and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius. Enjoy a beautiful park (Tompkins Square) at the end of the block and an East River waterfront park about 4 streets/blocks to the east. For additional fees, I can act as chauffeur to pick-up/drop off @ airport (depending on my work schedule/arrival time), take you to attractions in NYC, on Long Island, Catskills, Hamptons, etc.. I can be your personal tour guide to all the tourist attractions, as well as to the cool, not-in-the-guide-books places for nightlife or dinner. The kitchenette has the bare, basic necessities fridge, microwave, hot plate with a couple of top of the line stainless pots/pans, a coffee maker. You are able to make small dishes (pasta, veggies, etc.) but there is no oven. Within 1 block in any direction, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and 24 hr deli that makes killer sandwiches 24 hours. Or anything can be delivered! The apt is 1/2 block from Central park, 1 block from the Museum of Natural History and the NY Historical Society. It is about a 3-5min walk to the city's main subway lines (1,2,3,B and C) and 2 stops away from Times Square (which you can also walk to in about 20min). The Lincoln Center is also a 10min walk away. Our street is beautiful and calm with low rise brownstone buildings all along and there is an abundance of wonderful restaurants and shops all around. The apt itself is a duplex. I use the lower floor as an office. My assistant will be there Mon to Fri. She will able to help you for check in, check out, cell phone, SIM card and car service to airport. If you need cleaning, she can arrange that as well for $40 per day (laundry is additional $30 per load). For people who stays more than 5 days, every 5 days we will clean your place. ADDITIONAL FEES: There will be $100 cleaning fee due upon arrival. After first 2 people, additional person will be charged $10/night due upon arrival. Located a block way from Manchester Boulevard and major bus lines. It also is in the middle of a upscale residential community with tree lined wide open lots and scenic ocean views for safe walking . I am leaving this place with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.. The arrangment could be extended or shortened if necessary. The unit is a sunny 3rd floor converted 1 bedroom. It is less than 50 feet from the elevator and another 50 feet to 2 tandem underground parking spaces. The spacious laundry area with over 30 washers dryers is a few feet further. It has a sunny covered private patio with plants flowers and a small tree and teak chairs and table. An entertainment system with 7 inwall speakers and a Hi-Def 42 inch Plasma TV.
