Description:This holiday home is a self catering house with 180 degrees sea views and is located 100 meters from the bathing area St James Tidal Pool. Built in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with modern in facilities. Twee Gevels (Two Gabels) is situated halfway between Kalk Bay and Muizenberg and offers a spacious and luxurious home optimizing the uninterrupted sea views while being in close proximity of all tourist attractions False Bay area has to offer. Twee Gevels is situated across the road from the beach with closest swimming area 100 meters away. The living areas of this grand old lady as well as three bedrooms offer sea views. A sea facing veranda across the width of the house is ideal for outdoor living while a library/2nd lounge with authentic fire place provides a cosy space in less than perfect weather conditions. The villa has been furnished to reflect the colours and clean lines of the ocean. Open living spaces characterize this home with kitchen, lounge and dining room all flowing on to veranda with spectacular views. Main Bedroom: (Queen) offers 45 sq meters of space and en suite with bath, shower, wc, bidet and basin. Bedroom 2: (Queen) has private patio and en suite with shower, wc and basin. Bedroom 3: (Twin or King) has a choice of single or double bed. Bedroom 4: Offers single beds and ample space ideal for separate teenage pad of children's play area. Bathroom 1: En suite to bedroom one. Bathroom 2: En suite to bedroom 2. Bathroom 3: Shared by Bedroom 3 & 4. Bathroom 4: Guest Cloak with wc and hand basin. Additional sleeping is available in the 2nd lounge with sleeper couch. A Camping cot and extra mattress are also available for our younger guests that still needs to sleep with parents. All bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers, clock radios and ample cupboard space. An electronic safe is available in bedroom one for safekeeping of precious items. An additional study nook offers place to work for those that can not escape the office completely. Please provide own wireless communication. All linen is provided you only need to bring your own beach towels. Care has been taken to decorate this house with original art. Due to excellent ventilation smoking is allowed. Although this is a self catering house, in house catering can be provided on request for special occasions at extra cost. Our in house chef from Ryn's Kitchen is available to provide for your birthday celebration or wedding anniversary. A welcoming pack at an extra cost is also available. The low veranda barrister makes this property not ideal for small children. Outdoors Veranda offers seaviews and ideal for entertaining. This area is quipped with portable barbeque and garden furniture. A private patio leading from bedroom 2 provides space for quiet moments. A double lock up garage is available for safe keeping of two vehicles as well as sports equipment. The house has 24 hours armed response to ensure a safe stay. Immediate area: Western Cape enjoys mild winters and pleasant summers, rainfall is moderate throughout the year and there are refreshing sea breezes. Golden vineyards, sun drenched orchards, beaches, silent forests, sweeping lakes and beautiful views make this region a delight, not to mention the wealth of entertainment and industry that Cape Town offers. There is something for everyone from shopping to fishing and adventure trails, swimming and sunbathing on the False Bay Coast. From Muizenburg to Kalk Bay is a busy main street with market stalls, antique shops, art galleries as well stalls on the pavements. The most notable feature of False Bay must be the golden, sandy beaches lapped by the clear waters of the Indian Ocean. The area has a fabulous selection of great restaurants specializing mainly in delicious seafood. The long Muizenburg and Fish Hoek beaches are but two of the safest in the Cape for bathing and bodyboarding and, when the wind picks up, hobie cats and windsurfers take to the waves. From July to October whales come into False Bay and loll around just 50 metres from the shore in preparation for mating and giving birth. Huge schools of dolphins are also sometimes seen. Beautiful scenery, sun and sand will make a visit to this lovely little coastal strip an absolutely unforgettable experience. Description:Make your visit to Barcelona memorable staying in this fantastic, large, modernist (art nouveau) style apartment with a great patio, walking distance to many tourist attractions and a 13 min pleasant walk to Barcelona´s center! Note: For the month of May and June the minimum number of nights is 3, but for the rest of the months it is 4 nights minimum. This beautifully classical place is on the first floor of a traditional 19th century building in the Eixample district, very centrally located in an area with great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with many stores and supermarkets nearby. If your group consists of 6 or more people, why stay in a small apartment with insufficient showers, toilets and rooms? for just a bit more this apartment offers you 5 bedrooms, three toilets and two showers to make your stay comfortable and pleasant!! It is an 6 min walk to Pl. Universitat (red metro line running north-south), 7 min to Passeig de Gracia, the upscale shopping artery of the city (yellow and green metro lines running east-west) or Hospital Clinic (blue metro line) metro stations. Many buses stop 1-2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is 110 m2 plus 40 m2 for the patio (1185 sq ft 430 sq ft), with very high ceilings with original plaster crown molding (two of them polychrome), and beautiful floors with original hydraulic tiles. It has been just restored, faithfully following the original floor plan and style, but with an up to date reinterpretation. The apartment has a modest size living room, a large dining room, a total of 5 bedrooms (two of the bedrooms face the street and have some traffic noise, the other three bedrooms are to the inside and quiet), all with plenty of closet space. This makes a total of three double beds and three twin beds. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. It is not a modern one but has all you might need to cook plus dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and large refrigerator. There are two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and one half bathroom. There is a washer and a dryer, 2 TVs (in each of two of the rooms) and WiFi. And the most amazing and unique, you can use the large patio to chill out in the evenings or have memorable dinners. I provide with blankets and there are space heaters, so even if it´s a bit chilly you can sit outside under the canopy. The building has elevator and intercom. We provide you with clean linens, towels, table cloths, ironing equipment, slippers, 3 hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion and assorted toiletries. Also, complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea bags and ground coffee, plus basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and spices… Check in and check out are flexible, except in cases in which there is a group coming/leaving the same day (doesn't happen often), in which case check out is 11 am and check in is 3 pm, although you can leave your bags in the apartment... The whole apartment fits a maximum of 9 people. Please be reminded that this is an apartment within a residential building. It is important not to disturb the neighbors, so no parties or loud music are allowed. The closest beaches are located around 30km from the site. The house has all the facilities (bathroom and kitchen) as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 of which equipped with king's size beds. The living room has supplementary sofas that can be used as beds for 2 additional guests. On the front there's a little patio, ideal for summer's dinner outside while a fireplace will cheer up the cold nights. The area is surrounded by fig trees, olive and almond trees. Moreover, there's an old trullo in the field just in front the house. A parking area is also present to allow the parking of several vehicles. The house is a good foothold if you want to visit the wonderful Murgia area around or if you just like to enjoy hiking in the mediterranean nature. We offer 1800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an artist's studio connected to the house on 3 acres of land. This country home is perfect for friends and family's who love to enjoy the sunsets and stars outside. A gazebo, small pond, manicured lawns, cottonwood trees, fire pit, out door kitchen, small waterfall, patio and seating for 12 on an acre of land- with 3 more acres to explore. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the patio, it's own bathroom, and a queen sized bed. The other two bedroom both have bunk beds . The living room is huge and open, with a stone fireplace, original artwork, bamboo floors, and an entertainment center. A queen sized futon fits easily in the living room, with two leather couches. High Speed Wifi, Netflicks, DVD, CD, and Wii Fit are all at your disposal. The kitchen is well equipped to entertain- and the views are gorgeous. This is a great place to bring kids and dogs, with a swing set, tree house, basket ball court, bikes to borrow, a 10 man tent, a 5 man tent, sleeping bags and camping equipment are all available. Our neighborhood is very safe and friendly, you can buy farm fresh eggs and vegetables just 250 meters away. The city of Albuquerque is just 30 minutes away by car- and 6 minutes away by car we have public transportation, The Railrunner, that can take you to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. You can drive to Santa Fe in only an hour, and to Taos in 2 and a half hours. You will want to see the National and State parks while you are here. White Sands, Ruidoso, Carlsbad Caverns it's home to over 80 species. Oliver Lee Memorial State Park - Outside of Alamogordo in the Sacramento Mountains, the flowing water and abundant plants and animals in Dog Canyon attracted both prehistoric and historic inhabitants to the area. Pancho Villa State Park - On the border with Mexico, this park offer extensive historical exhibits depicting the raid on Columbus, New Mexico in 1916. Description:At Cortijo Sierra y Lago we are dedicated to both agriculture and stock breeding. We raise and train purebred Spanish horses. From the moment the foals are born they are allowed to run free in our pastures so that, with our care and attention, they can grow into healthy and strong horses. The Country Estate covers 2 km2, of which 260 m2 are occupied by the house excluding the surrounding porches. Outside is a wide courtyard (1200m2) and access to the house is found through a traditional Andalusian patio featuring a large fountain. The animals and grounds are cared for and maintained by a married couple who live onsite in a separate building. The house can sleep up to nine people in four bedrooms (3 x double occupancy, 1 x triple occupancy) with full access to a large kitchen and seating for 10 in the dining room.
