Well, you can't be any closer to Parque Lleras then this Penthouse. It's the closest Penthouse on the market to Parque Lleras, being a block from Juan Valdez coffee smack dab in the center of the Parque. My friend Rich H, from First American would say to me that any good pitcher could throw a ball from my deck into the middle of the parque area. The first question most inquiries ask me is how far any of my places are from Lleras, with this one I just tell them there, out the door from this apartment. This apartment is perfect for one or two people to share or two couples. We invite you to click the youtube link and see the apartment for yourself. My bedroom was perfect it was it was actually off of the the terrace so I had privacy from the other bedroom and room-mate. There is no doorman here so I never had to check my guest in. The first time I walked up to the fourth floor I was a bit winded with the groceries, but then I realized that I was going into my apartment when I got to the top and then I looked at it as good daily exercise. Even the towels in the living room closet were top terry cloth, place has everything. You leave the place and your on Calle 10, everything is right there. Block behind you and your in the middle of Parque lleras. Ruben and Laura thanks so much for everything I I will surely be back. Nice Place to Stay Guest Name : MC Review Submitted : 2011-01-02 I just stayed there over Christmas, and it's very nice. It is a legit 2 bedroom place, so if price is a concern bring a buddy and split the cost. Or if price is not a concern just rent it for yourself, it's roughly $750 a week. It is up 3 or 4 flights of stairs, but it was no problem for me. There is a nice veranda or what ever you want to call it, outside, overlooking the street action and with a long view all the way to the hills. Of course it's located just above Parque Lleras on Calle 10 and Avenida 37. If it fits your budget you won't find a better place. By the way, Calle 10 may be underappreciated. Right next to this building, on Calle 10, is a computer-internet business, so if you don't bring a computer you can check your email etc. Also, on Calle 10 less than a block down is an ATM. On the other side of Calle 10, the Desayunadero 10, or something similar, is very good for breakfast. On the near side of Calle 10, about a block down, is a combo liquor-eating joint, with good local style meals at good prices. Crossing Calle 10 going away from Lleras, on each side street there are little hidden restaurants, sushi, Mexican, Middle Eastern. On Calle 10 just a couple of blocks down you have Mondongos, which is really not to be missed. You can also walk down to Ave Poblado, go to Cheers next to Parque Presidencial. The most important item in my opinion more than an apartment is integrity in the landlord and apartment manager. Both were EXTREMELY responsive into every single inquiry I had. Every time I sent an e-mail, responses were within 5-10 minutes!!! Amazing. Makes you feel like they care about their clients and they take it serious. All information was communicated. They provided recommendations, rental information, etc. The payment process was simple and everything that they said was done per their word. I was even picked up from the airport with no issues and on time! Now – the Apartment was PERFECT! The outdoor terrace was just phenomenal. Great views, perfect location to ALL restaurants and bars WITHOUT taxi (which is key). Bedrooms & family room clean. Televisions everywhere. Description:We are located 16 kilometers west of Seville, 4 kilometers from the village of Sanlucar la Mayor. Hi, my name is Sandra, I bought this property with the intention of making it a wonderful place to live and I am now trying to restore the property. I am still in the early stages, but getting there. San Francisco is a private home built on 3.250 m2 of rustic land. A new guest's 'casita' has been built on part of the land adjacent to the main house. Offering a large bathroom with walkin shower, one single bedroom with drawers, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, ironing board etc. A large lounge with T.V., stereo player, double sofa bed. The apartment has aircondition for the hot summer months and heating for the cooler winter months. A washing machine is available in the side patio area. An illuminated outside arch patio offers outside dining. My home is located next door to the casita it is very rustic. We run a small wholesale nursery on part from the premises, which is not open to public. The other areas include an alloment where we and our guests can harvest organically grown seasonal vegatables a fruits. We are locate opposite 'corridor verde' a protected natural rambling and biking area running along the river Guardiamar. The main pool on the property is not functioning at present but we do have a dip pool if anyone wants to have a cool soak and watch the stars. I want to welcome people to the real Spain, not just as guest's but as friends. We make all our own marmalade's and chutney's and guest's are welcome to enjoy any of our produce free of charge. WFI available free. Breakfast and evening meals can be provided on request. If we are having a party you are invited. Our entrance affords parking for motorhomes, cars and bikes. It isn't the Ritz, but if you are touring and want somewhere, authentic and quiet to stay, with a warm welcome we are here.
